Not quite what we were expecting.
It's the cheapest charging dock for a reason. It comes with two little dongles you have to attach to your controllers so they can be slotted into the charging dock. This isn't really what you want and feels like a compromise design instead of just docking the controllers straight on to the charger. The connection basically works, but it's not held firmly in place. They do charge if you can put up with the small plastic dongles on the back of your pristine PS5 controllers. Your mileage may vary about whether this is a pita, but after finding this out, we just went back to using USB cables for now.

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows.
When charging the Venom PS5 Twin Dock Charging Station batteries from empty to full would take between 2-3 hours.
