Meet the first Autistic Barbie doll! Barbie partnered with the Autistic Self Advocacy Network (ASAN) to design a doll that represents and celebrates this community.
Barbie doll wears a lavender and white pinstriped dress with a relaxed, comfortable fit. The ruffle hem adds an extra pop of personality to her look!
As autism can impact fine motor skills, she wears her hair in a loose style accented by noise-canceling headphones. More than just an accessory, they help relax her when she's sensitive to stimuli!
She comes with a fidget spinner that really works, too. From hanging with friends to having a picnic in the park or going to the movies, she loves having the spinner handy when she's out and about!

Autistic doll
We bought this for our 14 year old autistic granddaughter. She loves it.

Good design and quality but could be better
My daughter really wanted the doll as soon as she's seen the advert because "mummy, she's autistic like me". The doll is fairly well made apart from the shoes which we had to use white tack to keep them from falling off. To be honest the ear defenders don't stay on too well either, they should be a little tighter, we left the elastic band on to keep the ear defenders stay on securely. My daughter also said it's a shame her legs don't bend like her arms. There are also other accessories which would have been great: like a chew neckless, maybe some shorts under the dress.

Autistic Barbie
This is a nice doll and seems to represent autism well. It is good to have dolls to represent neurodiversity.

Beautiful doll
We love this doll. It is beautiful as any Barbie, you can choose the accessories, change her outfit. She is using flat shoes, wrists and elbow move (she can flap) her beautiful eyes are so cleverly done she’s looking past you rather than at you. Some people complained she wasn’t perfect as to their idea of what he should be like ..which if that isn’t autistic experience I don’t know what is. The price is bargain! The best toy ever!
