Great for athritic hands
Lovely sturdy but light kettle. Good design more chunky than tall. Which is is good. The kettle itself is easy and light to handle. It fits under the taps nice and easily, the lid is nice to take out and put back on without struggle. I really like the chunky, comfortable handle. As the kettle isn't tall the balance is great and with arthritic hands it's easy to handle and pour. The power switch is also big and clunky and It lights up which is easy if your eyes are struggling. Water level is also in the right place and not behind the handle. Finally, the base is large and very easy to put the kettle on. This kettle boils quickly as well and is an excellent kettle for arthritic hands. Highly recommend

Suprisingly good little kettle
My old kettle had started tripping the electrics, so this one couldn't have come soon enough. Straight out of the gate, I'm hapy that it's quieter than previous kettles I've had, and boils quicker. I like the little platform it comes with as it doesn't sit flush like others, and I like that they made a feature out of it. I have 2 slight reservations about the design, which is the gem switch, really does look like cheaper plastic and the lid. The lid does the job well, but it's unusual for me to have a lid that completely comes off, as opposed to just springing up. Neither are a problem, just not to my personal tastes.

A great kettle
I love my kenwood kettle its easy to fill with the top that you pull off to fill with water it has a good amount of lead so you can have it away from near the pulg it sits on a black base and has a easy to flip switch to turn the kettle on

Basic kettle with some nice touches
When I first got the kettle out the box it appeared smaller than my previous one and felt quite lightweight. It’s compact with some nice touches, the ripple design on the sides, crystal effect lid and light up on/off switch are a nice touch to a pretty basic kettle. Its got a pleasant look and boils quite quickly.

Lightweight, good looking kettle
This kettle looks very smart and stylish and is incredibly lightweight when empty. My previous kettle was quite heavy when empty, so when completely filled it was difficult to lift but this is so much lighter and easier. Its very easy to fill - a nice wide area when you take the lid off to fill it. Its also quick to boil. The matt black finish looks really good and the kettle is sturdy when put on the base. The cord is also a decent length and can be wound round the base underneath to avoid the cord taking up unnecessary space on the worktop. Really pleased with this especially due to the light weight and looks.

Kenwood zjp06 black kettle
Quick boiling, dual viewing of water levels (1 each side of kettle) prefer manual lift of the top of the kettle incase a push button breaks. With a maximum 1.5 litre capacity it isnt heavy to hold whilst pouring. Nice thick handle. Great kettle for the price

Midnight Black Kenwood Ripple Kettle
Lovely midnight black ripple effect design kettle with nice crystalesque lid handle and switch. Switch lights up when switched on and it boiled quickly. 1.5L capacity and 3KW boiling power. Overall lovely design and works exactly as it should.

It does the job well.
The kettle works well and looks smart. The matt black finish goes well with our kitchen. It's a bit louder than expected, but unless you need to make your tea particularly quietly then it shouldn't be an issue, and it boils quite quickly. There are 2 scales to judge water amount, cups and litres, one on each side. The lid handle and switch are crystal look, and the matt black finish doesn't show fingerprints.
