This Scoville Performance Neverstick 28cm grill pan is perfect for getting BBQ style char marks on your food, and is a great size for cooking a variety of different dishes. Try grilling steaks, fish or vegetables in this premium non stick grill pan and they'll slide right onto your plate - no need for oil. Made from thick gauge forged aluminium with a full plate stainless steel base and stainless steel handle, it distributes heat evenly, is oven safe, and is flake, peel and 100% PFOA free. Suitable for all hob types including induction.

The 48.2cm measurement of the Scoville Neverstick Pro 28cm Grill Pan is the length including the handle and the 28cm the internal width of the pan itself and the depth is 6.4cm.

These can be used on an induction hob, as with all types of cooking we always advise to cook on a medium to low heat setting, the pan has even heat distribution so will heat up evenly without using a high heat which can affect the durability of the pan.
