Its heated mop-cleaning base uses 85 Degree Celsius water and 80 Degree Celcius air to hygienically wash and dry the mop after every clean. With automatic debris disposal, water tank refills, and mop maintenance, it offers up to a month of effortless cleaning. Dirt Detect technology boosts suction where it's needed most, while Floor Detect adjusts power based on surface type for optimal results.

Absolutely the best thing i have brought ever i am so.glad i have got this robot vacuum it's made my life so much easier and my house is spotless. The app is easy to use and the robot mops and vacuums so well and efficiently. I cannot believe i didn't buy this sooner

Wow I’m in love and a little obsessed! I come down in a morning to lovely sparkling floors and come home from work and not have to worry about getting the hoover out. Absolute god send!! I could do with another for upstairs when the bank balance allows.

At this point, Shark Ninja should have direct access to my bank account. I was gagging for a robot vacuum, and as I own so many of thier kitchen appliances, it was a no-brainer for me. Of course, it's a dream. Great vacuuming; I love the spot-cleaning feature. The mopping could be better, but it still does a great job. I live alone with my dog, so there isn't much dirt or anything hard for it to clean. The app was nice and easy to set up, and its scheduling system is great. I enjoy being out, seeing where it's cleaning, and, best of all, it works with Alexa. I thought my dog would hate it; she hates the Henry Hoover I had before, but she doesn't bat an eyelid at it. Only critique, it's large, BUT it's mighy and I haven't had to touch and empty and it's been a month

Not happy
I am not very impressed with it. The pad comes off all the time. It also struggles trying to get over small edges the pad always feels really wet as well . My daughter has one and hers works a lot better than mine

Dave the hoover
Dave the hoover arrived the next day from ordering, that evening and has been an absolute delight. We un packed him and was very easy to put together and get going. We mapped the rooms on the app and scheduled Dave to hoover every night at 2am. We come down in the morning and it is spotlessly clean. It is amazing how much he collects.

Fantastic robot vacuum, with one small issue
I absolutely love the Shark ThermaCharged PowerDetect Wet & Dry Robot Vacuum. Overall, I think it is a fantastic device and I’ve been really impressed with how well it performs. The vacuuming is great, the features are clever, and the overall cleaning experience has been very good. The only flaw I’ve noticed is with the mopping function. During a mopping session, the robot lifts itself up when needed so it doesn’t drag the mop across the carpet, which is brilliant. The issue happens when it returns to the docking station. Just before it gets back onto the ramp, it seems to lower itself and drag the damp mop across the carpet. It would be much better if it stayed lifted until it was fully on the docking ramp, then lowered itself once docked. For me, this is the only real downside. Apart from that, I think it’s an excellent product and I’d definitely recommend it.

Game changer
I absolutely love this product. Game changer for an easier life. My floors have never been so clean. I have 4 dogs so it’s quite a challenge. So easy to set up. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting an easier life.
