Well made, reasonable design but ultimately of no use as it was too small generally, but in particular the width such that it did not separate my knees far enough. It also kept falling out of the bed in my sleep. However I was very impressed with JML as they agreed a full refund in spite of the fact that it had been used.

Bought this to help with arthritis pain in hip. Not a long term solution obviously but as a temporary measure it works up to a point. I find the pain at night is reduced slightly (enough to make it worthwhile) and I find it easy to turn over with it still between my knees. It’s also small enough to leave in bed next to you if you don’t want to utilise it for the whole night. Obviously everyone’s requirements are different but I would say it’s worth a try at this reasonable price.

Compact and comfortable
Succes is going to very much depend on what aches the user is hoping to reduce. It's nice and compact so a lot better than the big chunky cushion I was using previously. I think it's eased the ache in my glute a bit.

Bought this about a month ago. It gives support and helps with my alignment in bed, thus improving my comfort. However it is much smaller than I imagined and there is nothing to keep it in place.
