About this product

You can move easily between the three basic positions, with a wide range of variations and custom movements possible from each position. You can choose whether to work out at a low number of reps for a high amount of force, or you can choose to do a high number of reps and work on your muscular endurance. It's quick and easy to adjust the damper setting to make the movement slower or faster, so you can get the exact relationship between speed and force that you want for your training.
