A bit disappointed with this machine, i don’t think it cleans that well, it demands being emptied quite quickly and the waste unit drips on the floor when removing. I would only use this for a quick clean but will revert to a mop and bucket weekly.

Impressive mop!
I purchased in a sale as had been desperate for a solution to clean my kitchen tiles without streaks or smears. I was sceptical as to how good this would be and must say I've been blown away - the unit is solid but manoeuvres well as it almost has a type of self-drive effect. It wets the floor just enough that it dries quickly. The self cleaning function is also great, albeit somewhat noisy during the drying process but a small issue in the scheme of things. I've always loved Dyson products but have had hit and miss affairs with some of their vacuums. Note that this Clean & Wash unit is not a vacuum so for best results, you need to hoover any excess off your floor before using. I still think the regular RRP is excessive for the unit but worth it if you can get in a sale.

More hassle than worth.
Awful. Have already returned it. Clunky, poor performance. Makes more mess than it cleans and the self clean still requires you to clean. Just not worth the hassle. Really disappointed.

Cleans floor well, cleaning machine not so easy.
I bought the cleaner 2 weeks ago and it does the job well. It is light and easy to use. The only downside is the cleaning of the machine after use. It is fiddly to perform the cleaning process and the instructions could do with being a bit clearer. All in all though it is efficient and a time saving appliance.

To confirm this item does not have the feature to get in the crevices to clean grout lines, this item can however clean;
-sealed laminate flooring.
