Happy with my purchase
I like this very much, it does exactly what I need. It's easy to move and dries fast on the floor. It doesn't have suction but picks up everything I've used it for so far. I think this mop has some unfair reviews, I've seen people dump half a bottle of mustard on the floor and complain that the mop struggles. It's perfect for every day use, It's not going to cope with commercial level messes, but for normal every day homes with pets/little ones, this keeps the floors clean and hygienic. It's easy to use and I can be done in under 10 minutes. I add some Zoflora concentrate for an anti bac finish and leaves my floors smelling fresh.

Worst Dyson product
Honestly the worst Dyson product I have ever bought. Harder and takes longer to clean the Dyson itself than washing the floor by hand. Wish I hadn’t bought it! It also doesn’t clean very well!

It’s fine……but expensive.
Ideational apraxia - that’s a new neurological condition isn’t it - I seem to suffer from it since putting the various waste trays back together after cleaning them took some time, and even after doing it twice, was still annoyingly difficult. Sort it out Dyson. Otherwise, it’s fine, sophisticated and effective.

Definitely not worth the money. The novelty soon wears off when you realise it doesn’t pick up everything and it leaves drips even on the lowest wet setting

All fur coat and no knickers
No instructions included, had to research YouTube clips to find out how to use it. Very inconvenient. I don’t want another App on my phone (what about people without smart phones?) Every time I take dirty water tank off the whole thing dribbles dirty water on to the floor, so I have to mop that up. It doesn’t take much in the debris tray before the machine stops and needs clearing. It also doesn’t reach the gaps between floor tiles. On the whole, disappointing.

There are pros and cons
I bought this 3 weeks ago. I have 9 dogs with a permanent access to the garden. They don't shed too much hair but still, plus they bring dust and mud in. Manoevrability: it's very good however it pulls you a bit hard and it doesn't do corners and rims. Suction + washing the floor: The suction is not bad really, I have to brush the floor 1st but that's mainly due to having so many dogs. Now, my floor is not perfectly plan and the device cannot deal with that. It leaves steaks of floor unwashed. Meanwhile, my robotic vacuum/washer manages that very well. Filtration is very good and the device is very easy to clean under a tap. However the floor must not be covered with too much bits. It might handle food better maybe as it's softer. Finally, it is a heavy device which causes two problems: you have to lift it to put it and take it off it's docking station. Also, if you have to carry it upstairs/downstairs, that can be a problem.

Very essential cleaning tool
I bought it few weeks ago and I really like it . It’s very easy to use and it can be cleaned by itself , dry at same time , that save lots of work . But also a bit improvement would be better . It can’t pick up much things so meanly the suction can be more better .
