Poor performance
I bought the Dyson wet & dry cleaner 3 weeks ago but I am really disappointed. I was expecting more from a Dyson, especially when paying so much money! It is only good for mopping but not for hard cases like when something is stuck on the floor. If there is a lot of dust on the floor and it gets wet, then you have to move it front and back a few times to clean the floor as the roller rolls it back on the floor again. When there is something adjacent to the wall it cannot pick it up. The shape and size of the cleaner head makes it difficult to clean around or under furniture. If your floor is quite dirty, then after some minutes you will have to empty and clean the water tank, which is quite annoying if you have to do it after each room of the house.

Great wet floor cleaner
I love the fact this machine gives me clean floors and is not spreading around dirty water. The floors dry very fast as the machine doesn’t leave behind very wet floors. I think there is a small trade off with things you have to do to remove dirty water/waste and clean the dirty water container and roller - but these are relatively small trade offs and it has been fairly easy to operate the Dyson Clean and Wash. Loving it so far!

Good but flimsy
Overall I like the machine. My one critism is that it feels very "flimsy". Keep thinking I will break it.

great equipment
very useful equipment as can moo and clean at th same time save hassle but need to drys the roller each time after use which takes about 20-30 mins which might be a waste of time

Could be a lot better
Bought this one after the disaster of the first Dyson wet floor cleaner. The only issue once again is the disaster of the dirt tray get rid of it and have it all going into the dirty water catchment. The hygiene is great can’t fault it

Cleaning the waste system is quite a hassle
As some reviews have it , it is indeed kind of leaky when you remove the cleaning head or when you attempt to empyt the tank. Moreover, the dry waste is not really dry. The dry waste bin is wet and you can't simply empty the bin like the way the advertisement or instruction video shows it. The solid waste is all wet and mushy. Cleaning every par of the removable waste system is absolutely necessary. Otherwise it smells after a few days. Even after the self cleaning process. All in all, disappointing because the features are kind of misrepresented. Or maybe I overestimated the ease of use. A bit of a hassle honestly.

Disappointing. Leaves dirty wet tramlines which I have to go back over. Cannot take it apart to clean without a certain amount of water on the floor . Would not recommend.

Stunning design, easy to use
A stunning piece of design from Dyson means that this device is a thing of beauty and incredibly easy to use. It comes with an easy to follow instruction sheet, with more information available on the MyDyson app. Even better, the screen on the handle gives animated prompts! It made light work of cleaning our tile floors. Dyson have missed a trick by not including a sample bottle of their recommended cleaning fluids so I had to order this separately from their website. It can use other low foam cleaning fluids which is handy to know. A great product and easy to recommend
