Simply superb
Simply superb! So well designed, it knocks spots off the others. It vacuums well, washes the floor well, it empties well, the app is great. I have had many vacuuming robots and have been waiting for Dyson to develop the base version before committing to the switch, as it is more pricey. So glad I did.

Pleased with the purchase
We had initial challenges and lack of online guide or documentation would have made it smoother for us to understand the functionality. However it’s now set-up, just that the wet roller drying takes long after mopping of smaller area. Thanks

Don’t buy u til improvement
Bought this at vast expense. Used several times. Vacuum function moderate at best. profile too high to get under most bits of furniture. Wash function very poor. I have a level stone floor throughout the house and there was no evidence that floor was washed at all. Not a product I would expect from Dyson

Overall great machine.
Good features pleased with it. Pleased with functionality. Performance not so satisfactory. Find that its suction features are not strong enough to collect the coir matting from the door mat. Hence have to pick these up before the cleaning session. Spot cleaning is also not quite satisfactory on the hard flooring surface as expected.

AI cleaning performance is great!
Love the AI technology on the robot! It does the multi-passes on my floor and I am really amazed by the final cleaing performance! I can literally hear the suction boost when it cleans my carpet, so amazing!

A very useful product
The robot is efficient and effective even in a large and busy environment, it adapts readily each time. It comes out about 3 to 4 times a week as we have a dog and 5 teenage boys! It does need some work to clean the robot after each use. Some odd corners get missed sometimes, but it covers most areas, it takes 1.5 hours to cover the whole ground floor.

Hassle-free floor washing at last
I must confess that I love Dyson vacuums, so was really happy to finally get my hands on one that vacuums and washes without the hassle of having to empty after every clean – the dock promises 30 days of cleaning before needing emptying and refilling. We have lots of tiled floors which usually only get an occasional wipe over. After the first wash with the Spot+Scrub they looked great. When we first got it I was mesmerised watching it do the cleaning, getting into the corners and under furniture, revealing the dust with its green light which I’d missed in the past. I was a bit sceptical about how well a robot would vacuum our light coloured carpets, but with it being a Dyson I should have known it would do a good job and wasn't disappointed. Once connected to the app it was easy to program which rooms to clean and how often. So far, so good.

Excellent Upgrade!
I upgraded to this after having the 360 Heurist for a few years. Brilliant is all I’m saying! So pleased with it. All functionality is a huge upgrade from previous models. Room mapping is a breeze, very fast and it identifies the rooms automatically! Can’t fault the cleaning performance. Would highly recommend! Cleaning is easy and the design of all removable parts for cleaning is excellent. Top quality and leading edge technology. You won’t regret the investment
