Bought 3 - within 2,weeks 2 of them not working and waiting for a “booked” call with the assistance team who I am told will call in 2-5 business days…… sometime

Overall great machine.
Good features pleased with it. Pleased with functionality. Performance not so satisfactory. Find that its suction features are not strong enough to collect the coir matting from the door mat. Hence have to pick these up before the cleaning session. Spot cleaning is also not quite satisfactory on the hard flooring surface as expected.

A very useful product
The robot is efficient and effective even in a large and busy environment, it adapts readily each time. It comes out about 3 to 4 times a week as we have a dog and 5 teenage boys! It does need some work to clean the robot after each use. Some odd corners get missed sometimes, but it covers most areas, it takes 1.5 hours to cover the whole ground floor.

Hassle-free floor washing at last
I must confess that I love Dyson vacuums, so was really happy to finally get my hands on one that vacuums and washes without the hassle of having to empty after every clean – the dock promises 30 days of cleaning before needing emptying and refilling. We have lots of tiled floors which usually only get an occasional wipe over. After the first wash with the Spot+Scrub they looked great. When we first got it I was mesmerised watching it do the cleaning, getting into the corners and under furniture, revealing the dust with its green light which I’d missed in the past. I was a bit sceptical about how well a robot would vacuum our light coloured carpets, but with it being a Dyson I should have known it would do a good job and wasn't disappointed. Once connected to the app it was easy to program which rooms to clean and how often. So far, so good.

If I could give it zero I would. Terrible. Sent it back as it was so bad even the support team couldn’t help me. Mind you even the support was terrible. Really expected more

Excellent Upgrade!
I upgraded to this after having the 360 Heurist for a few years. Brilliant is all I’m saying! So pleased with it. All functionality is a huge upgrade from previous models. Room mapping is a breeze, very fast and it identifies the rooms automatically! Can’t fault the cleaning performance. Would highly recommend! Cleaning is easy and the design of all removable parts for cleaning is excellent. Top quality and leading edge technology. You won’t regret the investment

Seriously Unimpressed
I am really disappointed with this. We live in a Victorian house with rugs that have fringes,the robot constantly gets stuck on the fringes,I believe it would work significantly better in a contemporary home with uniform flooring. I don’t find the vacuuming power good enough,and the wet floor function leaves small puddles of dirty foam on the wooden floor which have created small stains. I will be selling this secondhand.

Betty buffer….amazing
My Dyson spot and scrub…which I have named “oh black Betty buffer”; is absolutely amazing…I am so impressed with it…I know it seems very expensive, but absolutely worth every penny… should of bought before I did….LOVE IT….all functionality, performance and design are superb

Good but not perfect.
I bought the spot and scrub robot vacuum around a month ago. Overall I’m really pleased with my purchase, particularly the vacuuming. It’s quck and quiet. The mopping is less impressive, it leaves some of my dogs paw prints behind. I’m going to try more water from now on. The app is a little glitchy, I’ve had to schedule my regular clean in the middle of the night to ensure it comes on at 8pm despite the timeline being correctly set. Overall I’m happy and I’m assuming the software glitches will be ironed out over time.
