VERY GOOD MOWER AND STRIMMER
Was a bit sceptical buying this even after reading the reviews but so glad I did ,only used once so far on a high cut after strimming a bit..easy to charge up. You have to use both batteries for lawn mower so used one for strimming after 20 mins then recharged it and ready to go to use in the lawn mower Very pleased.

Prefect for small to medium sized lawns
I have had this battery powered lawn mower for a couple of months now and I’m extremely pleased with it. My lawn is just over 200 square meters but its quite long and narrow so being cordless is perfect. One charger of the batteries will allow 2 cuts. There are 5 levels of cut and the lowest could be just a fraction lower but that is not a criticism. The edge trimmer is also excellent and can be used in both the horizontal and vertical positions. It uses the same battery as the lawn mower.

Easy use Lawnmower
I bought this Worx Lawnmower a month ago to replace an over powerful lawn mower for my small garden, it is very versatile and a gentle but lovely even cut, the batteries last enough for three cuts and although seems underpowered is not in the least, it comes with an excellent strimmer that is light and easy to use, both are excellent runners and it’s so good to not have a wire dragging behind. Thank you Argos for another successful item.

Very poor Batteries life as lasts few minutes
Is good machine and cuts grass well and I am having issues with batteries as it doesn't charge very well and I am struggling to get in touch with Argos for replacement batteries. I would be very grateful if someone from Argos gets in touch to resolve the issue.

The supplier has advised the following for the Worx Cordless 34cm Rotary Lawnmower and 25cm Grass Trimmer:
“ Yes you can however they work in tandem so you would only deplete half of the 4Ah before the 2Ah was empty. We would advise using two batteries of the same capacity.
The best way to extend the run time would be to use 2x 4Ah batteries which would double the run time. ”

The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance. Therefore do not use more powerful batteries in the mower.

I only use the ones supplied snd find them ample enough. I have 3 medium sized lawns and 1 larger lawn and I charge the batteries once in the middle of cutting them but I find this good as it means I have a rest in between cutting them which suits me fine.
They are quite expensive I priced them at £70.00 for 2 same type as the ones supplied with the lawn mower.
