Not what I expected
This is certainly a very long tonie so you get your monies worth however, I was disappointed to find there are absolutely no minions in it considering the tonie is of a minion figure. Because of that, my daughter doesn’t have much interest in it but I’m hoping this will change with time. It might be better to perhaps change the figure to Gru himself to imply this is more of a despicable me tonie rather than minions. Tim Curry does do a fantastic job of narration which is an added bonus.

Great Tonie.
This has been a bedtime staple for ages. He’s getting a little old for his paw patrol and loves this Tonie. It’s nice and long and is Tim Curry voicing the Story of Dispicable Me.

Good nighttime routine
My son age 9 loves this minion figure for storyline at night, he's still his others to use, only critique I have would be that it would be good to have the original people doing the voices for the story, other than that its great for bedtime ,less screen time.

Good If You Like Minions
Hello, My Name is Indie and I am 7 year old. I like this Tonie, I found this a fun listen. It's also really long, only a little bit boring sometime. Overall I enjoyed this. I recommend this, for people that like Minions.

Great Narration
There are not nearly enough stars here to express how much i LOVE this Tonie! When i first heard the voice it sounded familiar as i had missed the intro, but the 2nd time i listened i had already known it was the great and wonderful TIM CURRY! He has been a staple in my movie watching career and loved every moment of his narration. Although not accurate his portrayal of each character made me laugh and get into the story so much more! For those hung up on the single narrator and the impressions not matching the true characters get past it and know that you were listening to an absolute legend narrate a children's movie. Just close your eyes and listen and then enjoy telling your children about all of the other amazing things you had seen and heard him in! My only disappointment was not being able to find any other Tonies narrated by him!

Nothing like the minions
Voice that tells the story is very boring. Not one hint of a minion voice at all. We returned and swapped for auora.

Cool, because it doesn’t have boring intro
Love it because it’s long and it doesn’t have introduction. Tonies where there is a long into who wrote it, who made pictures etc are boring for kids and by the time the proper story starts they remove it from Tonies box.

Terrible
Just one guy talking throughout with no similarities to despicable me. He even does the girls voice, they couldn’t even get different people to do different characters. Not one minion sound is made. I could have done it better myself as it’s just one guy describing the story, I understand there is a narrator throughout but I’d expect like the other tonies to be a mixture of sounds related to minions. This product is terrible and will be returning because of how bad it is. We have 5 other figures for my daughter and this is the worst one and minions is her favourite. Don't bother with this one, the franchise needs to do more in my opinion with this.

An absolute favourite!
I gave this as a gift to my 7 year old a few months ago and it is still his favourite. He took it on holiday, he listens to it in bed and his little cousin asks for it when he comes over too. I Tim Curry's reading of the story is great, he really sweeps you along and the images can play in your head. In case your kiddo might be disappointed, there are no cute little minion voices in there, it's all the reader.
