Removed make up each night
I use this cleanser to remove foundation. Before bed it gently lifts the make up and then I clarify to make sure my skin is clean before bedtime

Underated product! Excellent cleanser!
This cleanser is beautiful. It does not strip the skin, my skin is very sensitive, the cleanser is nice and hydrating and cleans beautifully.

CHANGE THE CONTAINER!!!
This cleanser is beautiful, creamy and great for my skin, but- like so many other reviews have said, it's ridiculously hard to get the product out! I would love to continue using it but sadly I won't purchase again unless more user friendly packaging is introduced, I just don't have the time or the energy to waste on trying to get it out of the container. I resorted to adding water to it to make it thinner so I could get it out, but obviously that's not ideal. So I'm searching for another cleanser that's as good as this, but can be removed from the container easily!

This product is nigh on impossible to get out of the bottle!
I only started using this product when the amazing Take the Day Off Make Up Remover was discontinued. This product is not a "milk"! It is nigh on impossible to get this product out of the bottle it comes in. I leave the bottle upside down, but it still takes absolutely ages to get even a small amount out of it, and I can only manage to do that if I bang and smash the bottle against a hard surface multiple times. I have now resorted to decanting the product into my own pump bottle, which is an extremely lengthy, noisy and messy process, and is a process that I should not have to do with a premium brand such as Clinique. The consistency of the product is terrible, and the bottle it comes in is not fit for purpose. Please please please bring back the much missed and brilliant Take the Day Off Make Up Remover. Not only was it actually a milk, but the pump dispenser was also brilliant. Please start listening to your customers. Until now, Clinique has been the only skincare brand that I have used for many years, but I am now trying cleansers from other brands, as a result of how bad this cleanser and its bottle is.

Problematic packaging!
I love this make-up remover. It's so kind to my sensitive skin. Sadly, even when full and kept upside down, I can't get the liquid out of the bottle! I couldn't even cut the top off to try to decant to another container. Such a disappointment.

Fantastic
I have suffered from dry eyes with other products cheap or expensive, the water also irritates my eyes, however got this as a miniature and weirdly my dry eyes are 75 percent better I assume the product is slightly coating the eye area protecting them from allergens, my dry skin patches are healing as I suffer from multiple allergies have reduced to near nothing in a week I've now ordered the large bottle and this product as a game changer for dry skin and cleanser with or without water I can't thank Clinique enough as before this even dust and animal fur in the air irritated my eyes now my eyes are coping bring on a body wash to match for dry skin

Bottle a total disaster
It's virtually impossible to get the milk out! I leave the bottle upside down all the time with the lid off, this doesn't work. I shake it I thump it, in total dispair! The product itself is nice, but I will never buy it again, as it has caused so much anger!!! Regards Joanna

Can you get it out of the bottle?
I've wasted my money, what a nightly struggle to actually use the product! I've emptied most of it out into a different dispenser, but still a lot stuck inside the bottle, I will have to resort to cutting the bottle in half. Really Clinique, should you be selling a product not fit for purpose? Perhaps you can arrange for a refund!!!

Bottle is not fit for purpose
It is near impossible to get the product out of the bottle! I ended up washing out a soap dispenser with a pump and transferred the product to that! It might be good for the environment but why have you stopped using pumps?

Useless bottle
I received this as a free offer. The cleanser itself is not bad, though i much prefer the "Take the day off" make up remover" However the bottle is useless. I couldn't get the cream out of it even when it was new, I have had to turn it upside down, take the flip lid off, and bash it hard onto my hand to get anything out. Absolute disaster, I won't have it again, even if its on free offer..
