Good bike , easy to put together , solid and sturdy made to last , bought for 3 year old going from balance bike to pedal , once they get strength in kegs to pedal away they go ! Don’t use stabilisers however they are also very sturdy and well made , overall very good purchase .

Thanks for your query about the Pedal Pals 12 Inch Wheel Size Dinoroar Kids Bike.
Having checked to see, yes the handlebars can be adjusted. It's not the type where you can make regular or constant adjustments. You choose a height and then fit it to that height, setting it by tightening a screw. You can loosen the screw to then raise or lower the handlebars to a different height at a later date.
