These used to be great but they have changed the formula and now they hardly smell of anything! Super disappointing and a waste of money

Not worth the money

I bought a set with a candle and diffuser, the candle is great but the diffuser even with all the reeds added has very little scent.

Smell is hugely disappointing!

I bought this diffuser as a treat to myself to lift my spirits after a tough time. It was most expensive diffuser I have ever bought and the most disappointing! In order to smell it, you have to put your nose right up against it. I complained in the shop and they said they advised buying two diffusers if I wanted it to fill the room! The room is not big either. I would not recommend this to anyone!

Very disappointed

I purchased this a little treat to myself for my 40th birthday. I was so excited to use it and I am really disappointed. You cannot smell it at all unless I literally put my nose up to the reeds. For this price, I think this is terribleÖÖÖÖÖI don't know what formula is in it but I expected the price to reflect the quality. I have purchased many reed diffusers over the years and this is such as disappointment. I wanted to love it but you can't and for that reason I will not be able to justify making further purchases.

Really good throw

I've been very disappointed with alot of diffusers since Covid. I've wondered whether its because companies have changed the formulaes to accommodate for the rising cost of ingredients. I've always wanted to try Jo Malone diffusers but just not got round to it. I wasn't aware the performance had dropped off till I read these reviews. I have a open plan livingroom and its difficult to find diffusers that have enough through to fill the air. I opened my Jo Malone diffuser this afternoon and went out. I've not long got home and you can smell it as you walk in the door. I think Jo Malone might have listen to their customers! If you are like me and your house is open plan then this diffuser might be for you. The fragrance travels really well around the house.

Something changed

Previously bought this diffuser several times and was more than happy with the product, lasted just under a year each time and was strong but the last two I bought in December is almost finished, a quarter of the time and was not as strong, so disappointed. Something changed as they are now advertised as only lasting 3 months and is now not worth the money, so won't be buying again.

So disappointed

I have always really loved this scent so this time I purchased the hand wash and hand lotion to go with it in the downstairs toilet. The reed diffuser is so disappointing, you can barely smell it and it is a relatively small room. I've added all reeds too. Not sure what has changed but I if I could I would send it back! Also no minature gift in package which should have accompanied purchase.

Where has the aroma gone?

My daughters bought me this last Christmas and I loved it so asked for it again this year. I'm SO disappointed! You can't smell the aroma unless you stand 3 inches away from the product. Have you changed the reeds you use? Very disappointing ??
