Bought a couple of weeks ago, really like the appearance, however I’ve had to revert to using my partners old headset as the mic on this just doesn’t pic up my voice enough, flexi mics seem to work much better

The supplier has advised the following for the PowerA LucidSound LS10X Gen 2 Xbox, PC Headset - Water Blue:
"For model XBHS0465-01, people can hear you as long as the microphone is active and not muted. On Xbox you can check this by joining a party and watching for the mic indicator to move when you speak or by going to Settings > Devices & connections > Accessories to confirm that your mic input is being detected. The headset features an integrated flip to mute mic. Flip the boom mic down to activate the mic and flip it back up to mute the mic. This means the mic is not removable but simply moves between active and mute positions."
