Great printer - abysmal documentation for setting up.
This is my third HP printer, bought on the back of the quality of the previous two. I can't fault the printer but the installation documentation and online support is worse than useless. I really cannot understand why HP persist in the use of "agents" and the use of the most basic documentation. I am a retired engineer with decades of relevant experience and pity any member of the general public installing similar HP products. Also, why do you request the commissioning date of this printer. You already have this information. You really need to think again regarding your customer facing organisation.

Replacement for a replacement
Sadly, although this is a very good printer and when working, it produces excellent results BUT it, like its predecessor and its predecessor FAILS to retain connection and drops out without any rhyme or reason. Replaced with another manufacturer’s product

The full package.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been testing this printer out alongside the HP ink and paper subscription for a while now and overall am really happy with this product. The printer itself is compact, light, and quite pretty, it is easy to put away in a cupboard or on a desk and just pull out when needed. I LOVE the ink and paper subscription service, as someone with ADHD it is really annoying to need to print something and it's out of either of those. The support for the printer and app integration is really good too The quality of the printing in both color and black in white is good although I haven't tried any non-standard paper so YMMV. I'm really happy I gave this printer a go and have already recommended it to several friends who have purchased it almost exclusively because of the subscription and support. If youre looking for a printer that works well, looks nice and is easy to set up look no further.

Hello Jen,
The HP Envy Photo 7934 AiO Printer & 6 Months Instant Ink can likely print on 300gsm card if you use the dedicated photo tray and select the correct paper type in the printer settings, although it officially supports thick photo papers and card stock of similar weights.
