Could be better!
Good product with amazing sound but the fit and comfort isn’t that good compared to the competition. The shape is very uncomfortable and they always feel like they could fall out.

I've had the XM3, XM4, and XM5. Absolutely adore them. The sound quality is incredible, battery life for hours, and the ANC on these are next level.

Disappointing
On the positive side, these are more comfortable to wear than others I have owned and worn. On the negative side, the noise cancellation is poor, really poor. When travelling on an underground train I can't hear my music, which sort of defeats the purpose. To make matters worse, after 6 months the right earbud stopped working, so they are now back with Sony. In the meantime, I bought an update of the brand I previously had, for substantially less and I am very happy. Should never have strayed...

Better than I hoped
I bought these because I fly regularly and headphones are much bulkier in hand luggage Connecting them to my Galaxy s25 using LE was challenging but worth persevering After that, I am truly delighted with the performance I had read that they are heavy and might fall out but am happy to report neither criticism is true (and I have ears that those free earphones that used to ship with phones never stayed in) The sound equaliser that ships with the Sony app is much better than many and I've now tuned the buds so they are almost as good as my Truthear IEM's but without the cable connection and with noise cancelling That is good; not quite on a par with the XM6 headphones (expected, given the lack of big cans to cover the ears), but good enough to adequately block out the piledriver currently shattering the peace next door as I write Battery life seems to be more than adequate for a working day Overall view? Better than I expected and close to brilliant

Superb Performance
I’d been struggling with an intermittent fault on otherwise decent but tired JBL ear buds, so decided to upgrade. At first, the sound quality did not seem to improve much: then the noise isolation kicked in. Incredibly clear sound actors all frequencies - ideal for music, but also audiobooks and radio.

A good fit for big ears
I have very big ear canals so finding buds with ANC that fit snuggly is a challenge. Even good fitting ones slip out easily. These are the best I've found although they need a bit of twisting to stay snug. Once in the pretty much stay there and the noise cancelling is very good

My ears are wrong?
It took 60 years to find out my ears are wrong. None of the pads fit and when positioned ‘correctly’, the phones are very very loose. Sound is great but I shouldn’t have to grease my ear holes to be the phones in.

Great product
Very pleased with these ear pods the sound is well balanced across the whole tonal spectrum. They lock onto my phone really well over blue tooth without any issues, simply by removing the buds from the case. My one disappointment was that the case doesn't support fast charging so i need to have an additional charger to support this device rather than use the same charger i have all my other pieces of tech. My only reservation is not with the product but with the registration of them to ensure the warranty is valid as this seemed fraught with difficulty trying simply to logon once account was created and then to find both the appropriate products, that is the buds and the case. Help file were not helpful at all and the Ai was pointless in advising offering no alternative helpful advice. This is not a problem i have had with any other product from other manufactures, so was very disappointing. I have finally managed to complete this process but it was very frustrating and wasted a lot of time. That said the earbuds do work very well and I am very pleased with them

Very happy with these headphones
I have not been able to test them in all situations but so far so good. I also own the top of the range Sony over the ears headphones the only problem is in hot weather I tend to sweat but these do not seem to cause the same problem as much. The noise cancellation works fine providing they are seated in the ears well. The sound quality is fine. Connectivity is very good but it is not made clear in the instructions that you can use LDAC. I find the modern presentation of instructions is not as good as in the past.
