[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with the Kärcher 2 Spot Care cleaner. It’s small, light and easy to use. It works very well on small stains and spots on my carpets, rugs, sofas and car seats. The suction is strong and it’s able to remove dirt quickly. Fresh stains are easy to clean and even older stains look much better after cleaning. The water tank is easy to fill and it’s easy to empty. I like that it doesn’t take much space and it’s simple to store. The noise level is acceptable for a spot cleaner. I'm very pleased with this product. It's useful machine for everyday accidents like spills, pet messes or muddy marks. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs a compact and effective spot cleaner.

All in all a fantastic well built machine
So far it’s early days but it seems well built, sturdy, simple and effective design that allows for easy cleaning and disassembly. The vacuum is quiet for what it is. Don’t get me wrong it’s loud which is to be expected but quiet in comparisons to other vacuums I’ve owned or used. Hose could possibly be longer, but compared to a few other compact makes it is good enough. It has good suction, leaves the area damp but that’s to be expected as no device will ever get it bone dry. Cleaning solution works well that is provided with the product. The gripe I have is no matter which way the hose is wrapped around the cleaner it doesn’t clip into the holder very well. It will clip in but on the handle in reverse so if one of the cleaner heads is left in the handle it sticks outwards pointing away from the cleaner as apposed to tucking in, so can easily be hit on something and broken. Because of this I don’t leave a head attached and therefore it has to sit loose as only has one hole to hold a head attachment. I also have found that once you switch it off and unplug and store it away there is residual pressure in the solution feed tube that very slowly seeps/drips out a few drops over several hours so you have to press the trigger and release the pressure after switching off before you put it away. That is a very minor thing though and would not at all deter me from buying another or recommending it.

Great little machine
Cleaned my stairs, sofa and carpet in my sons room. Such a pleasure to use only drawers back is the amount of water it holds, constantly emptying the dirty water and replacing the clean but overall a great machine. Well worth the money and the 3 years guarantee i got with it.

Fabulous floor/carpet cleaner
Bought just before Christmas to deal with a few spots and spills on the dining room carpet, but mainly to tackle muddy cat prints on hall stairs and landing carpets. It did a fantastic job. Even though it is a spot cleaner i actually used it to clean the stairs and high traffic areas in doorways to the lounge and dining room. I would usually have got a professional carpet cleaner in but didn’t have time to as it was the run up to Christmas, but this little powerful cleaner did just as fI d a job and it’s now stowed neatly in a kitchen cupboard for the next time I need it. We did an area of the kitchen tiled floor with it too and although a bit hard on the knees, it brought that up sparkling. Fabulous little cleaner would definitely recommend.

Very impressive
I have only used the spot cleaner once since purchasing, but I am impressed with the performance. The stain was fairly dry and I didn’t think it would clean out completely. However, the spot cleaner worked like magic and dealt with it with no problems. Highly recommended!

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Karcher SE 2 Spot Care Carpet Cleaner: ''There are not two separate spray and suction buttons. There is a spray button underneath the nozzle at the end of the suction tube. If the customer wants to spray they must press this button and they release the button if they want to stop the spray.
The suction starts as soon as the on/off switch is switched on. The suction will be a constant.''
