Still works as good as new. I don't use it daily, so it guaranteed to last and perform.

Does the job
It does what I wanted; you can always get more RAM or a faster processor but it does what I bought it for

Great little PC. Power button is in a different location to all other brands and you have to wait for it to power off before closing lid. Otherwise a great PC.

A great laptop at a good price
I've had the laptop about a year now and it works super well. No gripes with it at all. I work with lots of different documents, apps, web browsing. Co pilot and streaming and everything works perfectly. My only gripe is the speakers are underneath, which muffles the sound, so the volume is too low. But I'd been warned about that from a previous review so knew to expect it. Sound is fine via headphones but I like to watch without them on a lot so I have to place it carefully on something so sound can be better heard. That's my only flaw with it. Otherwise it's a great bit of quality kit.

Good laptop but poor display
I've had HP before and been very pleased but it stopped working and had to be replaced so I purchased another. Still pleased with the new one which was a lot cheaper than the last one but the only thing is the display is not as good. I have to get the viewing angle just right to use it.

Poor quality for the money
Needed a subconscious connection for an external monitor and was advised it could do that but guess what ? It cannot
Dai
Unusable
It’s sitting there. I can’t open it and go round in circles, doesn’t accept password which I know is correct. Complete waste of money
