About this product
The Vax LiftOut Reach Pet is built for tackling the whole house without constantly switching plugs. It's a corded upright with a clever lift-out canister that lets you take the vacuum wherever you need it, from stairs to ceilings to tight corners. With a 10m power cord and 3.5m hose, you get a total cleaning reach of up to 14.5m, which means you can cover most rooms and hallways without unplugging.
The anti-hair wrap technology prevents pet and long hair from tangling around the brush roll, saving time if you have shedding pets or long-haired family members. The motorised floorhead adjusts for carpets, rugs and hard floors, with side suction for edge-to-edge cleaning along skirting boards. The 2L bagless dustbin has a full indicator. Weighing 6.4kg, it includes a pet tool, crevice nozzle, upholstery nozzle, and turbo brush for furniture and stairs. It runs at about 80 decibels and uses multi-cyclonic technology to maintain suction across all surfaces.

Really good. Had it a couple of months ago and had a pet hair shark before. Im actually finding this one better as has the extra long electricity cable so I can actually go from room to room vacuuming without unplugging all the time

Vax lift off
Having had the lift off vacuum for a few weeks now, we have found it cleans better than the previous machine we were using. As my daughter has long hair, as does her dog. The hair pick up and detangle feature are extremely useful The deep clean is great

More convenient to use all over the house
Ordered one day, delivered the next, easy to put together. Convenient to have hose attached so easy to do edges, skirting and stairs. Not sure brush is as powerful as last vax but it certainly removes dog hair and not so much of the carpet fibres so probably a good thing. Cord is a bit annoying but there is a clip if you are just using it over floor without separating hose etc. Stairs much easier to hoover using hose and attachment, especially with bad back! Previous vax you had to keep attaching hose and brush tool so this one is more convenient and means I'm doing edges, skirting board, cobwebs etc more often . Dust cylinder far easier to clean/empty than previous version too. Discounted price so a satisfied customer.

Replacement Vax
I found the majority of the parts relatively easy to put together until I reached the handle. I needed to wait for a family member to do this for me. They initially found it difficult too. I find the Vax heavy to use compared to my previous one, it's far more wayward & difficult for me to control.

Excellent power
I am very pleased with the power of this vac lift out pet vacuum cleaner . One of our dogs has a double coat and is constantly moulting the machine picks it all up and it saves me having to remove it manually. Ace thank you

Great hoover.
Old vax had packed up after lasting 6 years. Vax are a great product so we bought this new model, which is very good for the price, good features but I have not used all of them. But really happy with it ,and also it had a 5 years warranty which is brilliant.

Not great
I was super excited to use the new hoover after reading some good reviews…. However I was quite dissatisfied, it did not meet my expectations at all! Considering it’s the pet version I have to hoover over the same spot numerous times for it to actually pick the dog hair up. The suction doesn’t seem to be overly strong for a brand new hoover, I was definitely expecting better. I personally would not recommend the hoover.

I bought this hoover a couple of weeks ago . I have 2 dogs and cats and thought this would be ideal . I find it to be a heavy hoover and quite cumbersome, it falls a lot . The cord isn’t long enough , I can only hoover half of my lounge rug without having to plug in somewhere else - I don’t have a big house ! Suction isn’t great until you use the pet attachment but using it for to long gives back ache . I’m personally not impressed and wouldn’t recommend to anyone with multiple pets or a large house .
