Great suction
Very happy with our purchase. Easy to fit altogether & to change from an upright vacuum to a hand held for the stairs. Surprised how much dirt it picked up when you couldn’t see anything on the carpets. Only negative was it was a lot taller than expected & didn’t fit in our storage cupboard. Definitely recommend to friends as a great purchase

Does everything as advertised
I recently purchased this and I am very pleased with its performance. Excellent suction and tools are easy to use and it’s brilliant for pet hair. Will be purchasing another one soon for my daughter who is in the process of buying her first house. Very happy customer.

Really thin and flimsy cable
I have had the hoover for a week and my first impressions of it were that it looked ok but that the attachments are made out of cheap plastic and that the cable was very thin and flimsy and sure enough on the second use the cable got jammed under the bedroom door and when I tried to remove it the cable spliced open and I thought that I had wrecked the hoover. I will have to cover the damaged part of the cable with some electrical tape now. And you also run over the cable all the time with the hoover. On the plus side the hoover has great suction and I was amazed by how much it had picked up on first use even though my old hoover had been a Dyson ball and it is also lighter and quite easy to manoeuvre so overall I am still happy with it.
