So far it has proven to be very reliable and efficient. I particularly like the self emptying and that there are no bags required. Price is very good compared to other manufacturers models.

Brilliant robot vacuum 5*
I bought this, as vacuuming in the heat was becoming very tiring, sweaty after dusting and tidying. It's brilliant, you have to set it up first to navigate/ build map of your rooms. You can choose which rooms to clean ( i always do all). Floors lovely and clean , it even does my thick rugs. i set it off when going out and come back to clean floors. It takes about 1hour15mins to do my down stairs. It empties itself when full in docking station and comes back. I get a report at end of cleaning letting me know any problems like something in the way etc. Yes I still have to mop but it's made life easier to keep house clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a replacement hip and no lifting, bending or twisting for 6 weeks. This little friend is just a godsend. I have named him Buscuit. He does a great job every day, sometimes twice. I have 2 dogs. He just goes and does his thing, a have tried to set zones but not very successfully but still he happily cleans wherever he can get to. Quite amazing really even when i am back to full strength he can carry on doing his good work. Highly recommended.

Game changer
I absolutely love my Ruben! Changes your life having a robot vacuum. Wish I’d got one before but both my grown up children swear by theirs so thought I’d join in. Only problem I have is working out how to get him to go over a small step into the conservatory but I’m working on it. Even the cats seem to like him. They follow him around but haven’t tried sitting on him yet. I’m even thinking of getting one for upstairs then I can really sit back and watch! So easy to set up and to operate. Why Ruben? I have been a season ticket holder at Manchester City for over 50 years. Our current ‘sweeper’ is called Ruben Dias!!!

Effective and easy to use
I have to say I'm so impressed withis item. Easy to use out of the box. Setup was quick, the mapping was excellent. It isn't as noisy as I thought. We have a dog and bought it try and keep on top of the hairs and it works a treat. We can already see the difference after a few days. In terms of durability it's hard to tell, but so far it's been fantastic and pleased we made the move to buy it.

Fabulous little robot vacuum
I bought this at the weekend and expected to spend a full day doing battle with apps and manuals but I needn’t have worried. There was a one page guide in the box and setup took only a few minutes. Mapping the house and naming rooms is wonderfully simple. And as for vacuuming and navigation? Absolutely fantastic. It glides my LVT flooring, easily wheels up and over a small wooden step into the kitchen and makes its way across the (uneven) slate kitchen tiles. It has no problem wheeling itself over the floor mats (one of which is a deeper pile bathroom mat). It has so far picked up every bit of “outdoors”, cobwebs and crumbs it has encountered. I wish I had taken the plunge and bought it sooner. It’s fabulous.

Very helpful
I brought this about 5 days ago and it's been amazing. I have COPD and it has helped me a lot. It cleans really well and seemed to of learned my flats layout really quickly and has no problems with obsticals. Very happy with it.

The Navigator Robot Vacuum can climb over most thresholds, such as standard door frames, up to 24mm in height. For higher thresholds, it's best to set up a no-go zone using the SharkClean app to prevent the robot from getting stuck. If your doorway is within this height, the robot should handle it smoothly.
The Navigator Robot Vacuum, it can only generate and save one floor map at a time. If you want to use it on another floor, you’ll need to remap your home for that floor, replacing the previous map. Multiple floor mapping isn’t supported on this model.

The mapping feature of the application can only handle one floor at a time. It is not compatible with use across multiple floors simultaneously. For example, if you move the robot upstairs and attempt to use the application, the existing map must be deleted and a new one created in order to control the robot through the app. However, the robot can still be controlled without the app by using the buttons located on the top of the robot vacuum.
