About this product
The Shark Navigator robot vacuum is the smart, hands-free solution for keeping your home effortlessly clean. Using advanced Smart Path Navigation, it maps your space and cleans in a precise row-by-row pattern-delivering powerful suction across both carpets and hard floors. Don’t know why I waited so long to get one!
I bought this about a month ago and I have multiple floor surface types. It’s doing a great job on all them and I’m surprised how good the suction is on the carpets - love it!

Needs some tweaking not quite there
I love this idea it frees us so much time however the vacuum consistently says it’s block or to empty the docking station but both are empty. It struggles to engage with the docking system. My daughter has the one without the docking system and has no problems kind of wishing I bought that one instead

Clean house for dog owners
As an owner of a Retriever, this vacuum has changed the game. The house is always host ready with no more continuous tumbleweeds of dog hair. Great for anyone working full time to help keep on top of the housework and incredibly easy to setup.

OK but not a substitute for an upright vacuum
Keeps the dust and dog hair down but is no substitute for an upright vacuum. Long hair tangles in the brushes

Good value for your money.
It’s good on hard floors but struggles on rugs to pick up hair.

Great features at good price
Bought in the sale, for the price I paid great value, the self emptying feature is creat as I have a dog so lots of dog hairs, my old shark robot needed emptying after every clean but havent had to empty the dust box in the self empty base yet and used it at least 10 times, very happy at the moment

Decent all rounder.
Seems to do a pretty good job overall. Has a few niggles but I guess its not magic haha. Happy with the buy.

The Navigator Robot Vacuum requires a WiFi connection for app features and setup, as it connects to your home’s 2.4GHz WiFi network via the SharkClean app. Using mobile data alone (without WiFi) will not allow you to connect or control the robot through the app.
Setting up your Navigator Robot Vacuum is simple. First, attach the side brush and place the robot on the charging base to fully charge. Then, download the SharkClean app and follow the in-app instructions to connect the robot to Wi-Fi and complete setup. For more detailed guidance, feel free to reach out to us on social media or give us a call on 0808 109 1166. We'd be happy to provide guides so you can get familiar with the app and all of its features.
The Navigator Robot Vacuum uses 650 watts of power.
We do not measure the suction power of our units in pascals. However, we can confirm that this vacuum has a wattage of 650 watts and operates at 19 volts.

Shark robot vacuums, including the unit, do not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks they require a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection. Please ensure your phone and robot are both connected to a 2.4 GHz network during setup.
The Navigator Robot Vacuum can climb over most thresholds, such as standard door frames, up to 24mm in height. For higher thresholds, it's best to set up a no-go zone using the SharkClean app to prevent the robot from getting stuck. If your doorway is within this height, the robot should handle it smoothly.
The Navigator Robot Vacuum, it can only generate and save one floor map at a time. If you want to use it on another floor, you’ll need to remap your home for that floor, replacing the previous map. Multiple floor mapping isn’t supported on this model.
The Navigator Robot is designed for vacuuming only and does not support wet mopping, as it does not include a built-in mopping function or a reservoir for water or cleaning solution.
