About this product
The Hotpoint HDD6GDC2WX Dual Fuel Cooker combines the responsive control of gas hob cooking with the even heat of electric ovens, ideal for juggling multiple dishes. This freestanding stainless steel cooker has a large main oven plus a smaller top oven for flexible cooking, letting you roast, bake and grill simultaneously. Four gas burners with automatic ignition provide instant heat, and sturdy enamel pan supports keep pots stable. The flame failure device cuts gas if the flame goes out, and the glass lid folds down to protect against splashes and create extra workspace.
Both ovens have catalytic liners that catch grease and burn it off as you cook, making cleanup easy. The main oven holds two shelves and has an interior light to check progress without opening the door. The multifunction top oven includes a full-width electric grill with a tray and handle. A programmable digital timer helps when cooking multiple dishes, and front-mounted controls keep everything within reach. Both ovens have an A energy rating and are LPG convertible with an adaptor kit. The freestanding cooker weighs around 57kg and includes a 10-year parts and 1-year labour guarantee.

Haven't had this a week but up to now I am happy with it. Temperature is as it's supposed to be only thing there seems to be a vibration when fan is on but that could just be a matter of leg adjustment. Looks good with ample room in ovens. So overall happy

It’s a good product
I bought this cooker less than a month ago. The hobs are perfect and really fast at cooking. The problem is the bottom oven smells like burning rubber. I’ve tried everything to sort it out so o I’m going to call hotpoint out. Not happy about his as it’s a new cooker. Be careful when sending pictures to hotpoint to get it installed. They said everything is fine but on the day the came to install it they said they can’t do it. Argos refunded me the installation and said Argos will help you out and got off.

The stainless edges frum the grill dor very sharp and my daughter cut on her finger when she was cleaning. We noticed the same probleme with the electrical cooker on the same place.

We do advise not to put the pan rests in the dishwasher as the harsh detergents and high heat can cause rust, discoloration, and damage to the enamel coating.

Apologies, these aren't able to be installed on LPG gas from the supplier. You will need to get this installed by a qualified LPG engineer and use the conversion kit which is sold separately.
