Nice coffee machine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Breville Prima Latte Black is a great espresso maker. The machine makes tasty, rich and creamy coffees. You can choose between nice espresso, latte or cappuccino. Latte is my favourite. Coffee comes out nice and hot. The instructions are clear and quiet easy to follow. I like the design of this machine, nice and modern and it doesn't take much space which is perfect. Some of the parts are removable and dishwasher safe. Milk container can be stored in the fridge. I also like the option to choose between single or double coffee shot. If I could change one thing I would like to have more space for coffee glass as once full with my lovely latte it is a bit of challenge to remove it without spilling the coffee. Overall I'm im happy with my new coffee maker.

Good starter coffee machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an okay starter coffee machine, I’m going to start with the Pro’s of the machine, the frother is great and creates a lovely light froth, the machine is a great compact size for a smaller kitchen, it only took 30 minutes to set up and run the initial clean (anyone who has had a coffee machine before will know this is quick), it is really easy to use and I loved the fact it has preset options and the ability to create drinks to your own liking. Now on to the Con’s of this machine, I love a Latte in a Latte glass but you can’t fit a latte glass in this machine due to its compact size, when running the cleaning steam ended up all over the main dash and on top of the milk tank which in the long term I would assume will cause issues. The milk tank minimum is quite high so you will end up with quite a bit of either waste or the inconvenience of removing the milk to a cap cleaning the tank and then mixing fresh and old milk. Overall this is a good little starter machine at a good price point.

The design is sleek and modern, and the machine itself isn’t large so it doesn’t take much counter space. It would work well in any kitchen, even very small one. It’s very easy to use. Everything intuitive, easy to set up and I can prepare my coffee in seconds. Cleaning is quick and simple too- the removable parts make washing effortless, which is a big plus when you’re in rush. And the most important thing- coffee taste absolutely delicious!

Good coffee, quite noisy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Theres a lot to like about the Breville coffee machine. It has a smallest foot print so doesn’t take up lots of space on your counter top and it has a sleek design. It makes a good variety of coffee such as latte and cappuccino and is quite quick. I also like that you can make just one cup. Some draw backs: the milk compartment is quite hard to remove and if take it out with liquid in it’s hard not to spill it. It also has a clear plastic tube you have to attach to get the milk part to work. It comes out very easier but it’s really hard to keep track of - it kinda looks like straw from a kids bottle only smaller. If it doesn’t accidentally get lost I’d be very surprised. It’s quite noisy and does push out quite a lot of hot air when it’s going so if you have little kids keep them out of the way while it’s on. Overall it’s a good machine with a couple of faffy bits.

Amazing coffee machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely amazing coffee maker. This will get you a coffee same as you would get is coffee shops. Previously I had a headache from the coffee I drank but with this machine I had to buy a diffrrent product and the two together work amazingly and all headaches are the past now. It is easy to clean too. As for packaging, design and weight it was all as you could expect from a coffee machine. All in all, we love it.

Affordable option for a great coffe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great coffee machine ,can make any type of coffee you want. Makes amazing latte's with , espresso, capuccino or hot chocolate . I haven't tried to make hot chocolate as not sure but the foamer is great . Me and my hubby we use to make lots of capuccinos and lattes. The removable milk container allows you to make more than one hot drink with milk thanks to it’s big size, and being removable means it’s easy to put the milk back in the fridge to stop it going off .Easy to take apart and clean. Would highly recommend to any coffee lover! What a beautiful appliance. Looks lovely on my kitchen counter.It was very easy to asemble to use it. Milk is perfectly frothy and comes out hot. Overall brilliant machine. The only downside, it is quiet loud. No chance for a quiet coffe in the morning

This machine is basically a cheat code for adulthood; I press a single button, listen to it roar like a little jet engine, and suddenly I’m holding an artisan latte. It’s sleek, the detachable milk tank is a stroke of genius for the fridge-lazy, and while my heart rate is now a permanent drum solo, I’ve never felt more sophisticated on a morning.

Definitely worth the splurge!

It’s excellent build quality coupled with the heated milk system just makes the coffee taste so much nicer. It’s incredibly easy to use, and clean down once finished. Very happy!

Breville VCF183 uses one‑touch presets for espresso, cappuccino and latte and does not specify exact ml volumes. However, the recommended cup sizes are 70ml for a small espresso and 100ml for a large one, 250 ml for a small cappuccino and 300 ml for a large one. For lattes, the suggested cup sizes are 350 ml (small) and 450 ml (large). The exact volume can vary slightly depending on the milk and froth level.

Yes, you can definitely make iced lattes with the Breville VCF183. The machine produces espresso and has an integrated automatic milk frother, so you can simply brew your espresso as normal and pour it over ice with cold milk.

Breville Prima Latte does not support pods—it’s built for freshly ground espresso instead. You simply fill the provided filter baskets (single or double) with ground coffee, dial it in, and brew directly.
