Good quality
This is made with usual Artisan quality, heavy construction and sturdy. The automatic lift and lower is a real treat. It obviously matches my candy apple kettle and food processor so what's to dislike? Well, we find that the slider has to be nearly at the full extent to get toast and sometimes the illumination comes on for no apparent reason. Not deal-breakers but it loses a star

Good Replacement Toaster
Original toaster began playing up, returned under warranty, I was told it could not be repaired so I was sent a replacement. Seems to be working well. A bonus is that the Medallion Silver colour is now a match for my other appliances, where as the previous one was a significantly lighter silver although it was the same name. Overall very pleased.

Lovely-looking but looks over quality.
Lovely-looking but looks over quality, as this won't last long, which I can tell, as I'm on my 3rd one since Jan 2020. I love the look - industrial, fire-engine red chic, but this is very overpriced.

Some what disappointing and would not buy again
Not as good as I expected especially in view of the high cost. The appliance does not toast evenly, plus it only just takes a slice of 'standard' sliced loaf. With me always making my own bread the toaster is not deep enough and I did expect it to be and not just like all cheaper toasters. It does toast bagels and crumpets extremely well. I do like the 'auto' features, but afraid to use the toasted sandwicj features due lack of access to clean and spillage. Do I recommend? No, sadly as cheaper and as good options exist.

Looks great, super design
I like the toaster but dont expect perfection, you have to (like all toasters) get familiar with its settings to find your perfect toast. Bit like driving an unfamiliar car. The toast inexplicably does not toast evenly anf I find having to turn it a few seconds before end of timer.
