The Marcy Pro PM-2084 gives you a complete workout bench and weight set for home strength training. It's designed to help build muscle and target upper and lower body. The powder-coated steel frame handles regular use without wearing down. You can work chest, arms, legs and core from one piece of equipment. It suits beginners starting bodybuilding routines at home. The bench adjusts to five different positions for varied exercises. You'll have everything needed for press work and leg development sorted.

The set includes vinyl-coated weight plates for gradual progression. There are plates in different weights so you can adjust resistance. The back pad uses high-density foam for support during chest presses and seated curls. The leg developer has four roller pads that cushion your legs. You can target hamstrings, quads and glutes comfortably. Vinyl upholstery wipes clean after sweaty sessions. The steel frame construction provides stability throughout your workouts. You'll have reliable home training equipment for building strength.
