Returned on day 2 would not work waste of money , the concept and idea are good , bought a cheeper £19.99 one on e bay with 2 batteries and it works a treat.

Don't Bother - it's not worth it.
Bought this based on the TV advert showing it to be efficient, powerful and extremely useful. It was none of these. Didn't work at all. Put filter in bucket of water and nothing happened. Didn't suck up any water at all. Tried attaching hosepipe and as soon as I switched water on it just came out of nozzle without pressing the trigger. When I did, the nozzle flew off. Obviously something wrong with the whole product. Returned it, got refund. Don't bother.

I bought this and returned within a week low pressure that turned to no pressure absolute waste of money. Buy one with a bit of pressure and you might be able to clean with it.

Fair balance of price and perfomance
Was put off by then number of negative reviews but decided to give this a go based on the price. Pretty happy with the product overall. I purchased this to clean the car and wash mud off my mountain bike and it does both of these just fine. Pressure is perfect for these. I agree, you wouldn't want to try claiming a patio with it - but then it does clearly state that it's for light to moderate tasks and it does this perfectly. It takes a long time to draw the water through the hose when you start it up (easily 20-25 seconds) and I suspect that is what made a number of people assume theirs was faulty. You just need to keep the trigger held down and it'll pull water through just fine. I do agree that the supplied hose is really poor quality. It'll do for now but I'll change it out for a better one at some point. The filter also has a tendancy to float as others have commented, quickly fixed but you'd expect the manufacturers to have prevented this issue in the first place. Battery ;life is good but I'm sure part of the reason for some people commenting on the low pressure is not charging the battery before use as you can re3ally tell when the battery is starting to run low - the pressure drops away long before the battery is actually flat. To that extend, a charge indicator on the battery would be nice as you have to guess how much charge is left. It's nice and light so easy to move around and take with you if you need to, if Im going camping it's light enough and small enough to chuck in with the camping gear to wash bikes down after going off road. Build quality isn't amazing so what long terms reliability turns out to be is less certain but for such a cheap price it's fine and if it lasts a couple of years that's fine with me, if it lasts longer I won't complain.

Absolute waste of money
I would not recommend this to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I charged the battery for 3 hours as instructed and then proceeded to give it a trial run by washing the car. It did not go well. The spray that came out was poor, but worse was that when attached to the garden hose, water continuously came out of the nozzle even though the trigger was off. Then, after using it for a few minutes it cut out and I had to wait about 20 seconds before it would go again. Gave in and got out the Karcher. Maybe I bought a dud or maybe they’re all like that, wasn’t willing to try another one to find out

The JML a002485 Starlyf Power Pressure Washer - 75W does not come with a garden hose pipe.
No outside tap, no problem. Just fill up a bucket of water and drop in the supplied siphon tube to access pressurised water wherever you need it.
