Flymo EasiHover 300 30cm Cordless Lawnmower - 36V

Simple & no frills

Would have been good to already have the batteries charged, when I took it out of the box. Was expecting batteries to be Flymo, but are actually Bosch & take approx 45 mins to an hour to charge. Overall, it’s a simple to use mower, with no life-changing frills when it comes to cutting the grass.

Good Lightweight Mower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mower is a mixed bag of pros and cons. Some good points are that It’s extremely lightweight and is really easy for me to manoeuvre around. Once the blades had been adjusted, it cut the grass well and left a nice, even finish. I also appreciated how easy it was to assemble and set up. Some points to note, both batteries have to be used at once, I thought I’d be able to alternate charging and use one at a time so that’s a bit of a nuisance. I’ve also found that the batteries don’t last very long and as I have a large garden it drains the battery very quickly. I like this mower but I think it would be much better suited to someone will a small patch of grass rather than a fully lawned garden.

Its good but with some adjustments it could be great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wouldnt say i am amazed by the lawnmower but I am happy with it. Its lightweight, compact and easy to push around, even with one hand, its perfect for someone like me with a little one that i can still hold and mow at the same time, my elderly grandmother has even used it and found it easy. Its simple to use and being cordless is a huge plus in my eyes, im not having to constantly worry that im going to trip up or run over the wire, it makes my life a whole lot easier in that respect. The grass collection box is on the small side but its easy to empty and compacts the cuttings well. The main downside is the battery life, our garden isnt particularly big, but the two batteries ( both have to be used at the same time) still aren't enough to fully finish my whole lawn before they die and need recharging again which takes a fair while with a standard charger. We actually have purchased a fast charger which has helped as we aren't having to wait hours to finish off what we started, i do think that it should've come with a fast charger included or prehaps only needing to use one of the batteries at a time, so you've always got a spare ready for when the first one dies. It does also throw out quite a lot of dust and grass annoyingly. So expect to get a little dirty. Overall, yes, its a good mower that does the job, but with a longer lasting battery it would be great. At the price its sold for I'd expect to get more mowing time out of a full charge.

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love This flymo 36V easihover 300 cordless hover lawnmower it is very easy to assemble and very straight forward to use it glides across the grass and cuts the grass fast and smoothly and it leaves nothing for you to pick up after. The battery in the lawnmower is very long lasting which is very when you have a big piece of lawn to cut. I will definitely be recommending this product to friends as it is amazing.

Recommend for small lawns

The very poor review ratings for this Flymo EasiHover 300 battery lawnmower would have stopped me buying but after reading the reviews I concluded: 1) many reviewers complained of a run time of only 15 minutes is too short, yet Flymo clearly specify the run time is 15 minutes. 2) many reviewers complain that only one battery charger is provided so having to charge one battery, followed by the second, so the total charge time is more than 6 hours. However, Flymo is now (June 2026) offering to send you a second charger for free of charge if you show them your proof of purchase . 3) other than the 2 items above, there were very few reports in the reviews of poor grass cutting performance or reliability issues. So, as I have 40 square metres of lawn I thought I would take a risk and buy. With fully charged batteries it successfully cut my grass with 1 of the 4 state of charge bars still remaining. A week later, after a full recharge, after cutting the state of charge was 2 of the 4 bars remaining. So, overall, I recommend this mower if your lawn is within the size it was designed for.

Compact and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for smaller gardens. Easy charging of batteries, compact and easy to carry due to no wires etc. so very easy to use. Four stars only because battery lasts around 40 mins which wasn't enough to do both our front and back garden.

Brilliant mower !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super handy mower ! Really great for keeping on top of the grass . Super easy to operate and not overly nosy, has a great battery life and feels powerful ! The height of the handles are perfect and not too long or short and overall performs amazing ! Super useful to not have to deal with either wires or fuel !

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH

Charged both batteries fully took about 4 hours for each. Took to garden size about 3 meters square batteries were flat in about 5 minutes grass was not long to start with. Dont waste your time or money. Took back for refund.
