This sensor bin takes the hassle out of busy kitchen moments - just wave your hand over the lid and it opens automatically, so you don't have to touch anything when your hands are full or messy. The infrared sensor picks up movement quickly, and the lid closes by itself after a few seconds with a soft-close function that keeps noise down. Clever and Useful Tower Sensor Bin
I bought the Tower 50 Litre Sensor Bin recently and it is exactly as advertised and excellent to use for the purpose of keeping my kitchen waste particularly in a hygienic, safe situation before disposal. It is a good big size and stable but being rectangular it fits in easily in my kitchen so is easy to access.. The lid sensor opening and closing is marvellous as I don't need to manually do either of those actions when my hands are holding the rubbish to be put in the bin. It is a great boon when working in my kitchen and so easy to set up and use.

I am over the moon with this bin it's so handy due to not having to touch it the main thing for me is that my 73 year old brother never closes his bin at his own home which to me is disgusting! So when he now comes to our mothers this bin closes automatically! I love it.!

Sensor Bin
I was very pleased with this bin until I went to change the batteries. The battery holder broke when trying to change the batteries so now the sensor will not work. I would love to be able to purchase another battery holder

Really pleased with this bin. it is my 4th sensor bin. It has a 2 year warranty plus point! it opens quickly smoothly and cleanly It is roomy and a good solid shape to it. The cream clean appearance makes it an absolute winner. The batteries it uses are basic and easy to replace. It is my favourite out of the 4 I have owned

Annoying sensor picks up people walking past it
Got this last week and although it performs sort of ok, drives the family mad as it opens and closes everytime you walk past it. Sensor is picking up objects too far away from it.

Poor quality
Had 1 week and the sensor is incorrectly working, the bin lid only lifting about 5cm or not lifting at all or staying open. Turned off and tried to reset but still the same. Very disappointed
