Its such a waste of product. Not productive at all. We need to be mindful of the fact that, this is for kids it should have been user friendly. Not worth it.

We switched from Google to Alexa and I wish we hadn’t. We barely use it now as it’s so frustrating, which may be a good thing. The sound is great if you can get it to connect and play a song you want. The owl looks cute and the kids love it.
