Oh, Christmastree?

As apparently the only person in Scotland who received both halves of the tree, we're very happy with it. The instructions aren't awesome, but it is a quick build and good looking once fluffed and decorated. Word of warning: inventory process for this was awful - though clearly labelled 2/2 delivered first, Warehouse staff showed us the inventory and pick sheet saying it was a single box item - box 1/2 had to be delivered separately nearly a week later, which all props to the staff at our store was done as fast as they could manage.

Brilliant tree for the price

We wanted a 12 foot tree without spending a fortune. This one was for sale in Argos and it turned out to be really good for the price. Good points - plenty of branches and the tree is very full. Enough lights to make it look bright. Bad points - takes ages to put together and set out every branch. The lights are not strung on very well, they are poorly wrapped around the branches so they need adjusting. Lights are just on, they don’t flash

Do yourself a favour. Don't buy.

Would put 0 but that's not an option. Delivery arrived and box had a stamp that said box 1 of 2 but it had been scored through with a pen. I saw this and asked the driver about whether there should be another box and he said definitely not. Few days later we assemble the tree (which was remarkable simple 👍🏼) and half of it is missing. No plug. Top set of branches missing and no instructions. No replacement parts available (???) and whole thing out of stock so couldn't be replaced. Then tried to return using uplift option. This was also a disaster. Waited 4 days after initial request was raised and no confirmed pick up date. Had to end up carting it myself to our nearest store. Super disappointed.
