About this product
The Canon PIXMA TS7550i is designed for homes needing versatile printing without taking up much space. It offers printing, scanning and copying in one compact machine with a smaller footprint that fits on a desk or shelf, printing at 14ppm for black text and 9ppm for colour. Ideal for everyday documents and photos, wireless connectivity lets you print from your smartphone or tablet using the Canon PRINT App, Apple AirPrint, or Bluetooth. It supports borderless photo printing up to A4 size with 1200x1200dpi resolution for crisp, vibrant results.
The 100-sheet paper tray is practical for regular use without constant refills, and automatic duplex printing handles double-sided documents to reduce paper use. It uses PG-595 and CL-586 cartridges with Canon's FINE system for intelligent ink placement and clearer text. You can join the PIXMA Print Plan subscription for automatic cartridge deliveries when running low. The flatbed scanner offers 1200x2400dpi optical resolution, with a built-in automatic document feeder for multi-page scanning, and a 3.6cm display makes navigation straightforward.

Quality and reasonably priced
Bought this recently to replace my previous Canon PIXMA. Not disappointed as it produces fantastic quality pictures. The connectivity is straightforward. Compact size so fits nicely in my compact office. The display screen is a bit smaller than I would have liked but that is just personal preference.

Not a huge difference to the TS6250
Replaced my (black) canon Ts6250 printer, which was 8 years old. Have now been using the TS7550 for about a month. Compared to the old printer there isn’t a huge difference - it’s bigger, prints slightly faster and uses 2 ink cartridges as opposed to 5. I expect it has more functions yet to be explored. Unfortunately it only comes in white!

I found this impossible to connect by wi-fi despite having the latest router from EE and the latest Apple operating system on the lap top. It just got into a loop so I gave up. It says in the sales material that it has a USB connection but it doesn’t say that it is USB B. As my previous Canon printers have all been USB A I had bought an A to C connecting lead. Had to go to Curry’s to get an A to B connector and still had to use an A to C adapter to connect to laptop. Worked fine when connected by lead and is a quality piece of equipment once you get it working. Fortunately I’m not bothered about wi-fi connection.

Great 3 in 1 printer
Unlike a different Canon pixma printer purchased recently from Argos, the T7550i was set up very quickly. The wifi was connected instantly and this took all the hassle out of the process. Printing is quieter than our previous pixma model and good quality. Scanning and copying functions also work as expected. This mode is quite compact size-wise and so far all is going well. I haven’t fallen for the marketing con of print subscriptions which are not appropriate for low volume users in my opinion. I already have replacement cartridges ready, they may be pricey as a one-off but there is no monthly payment commitment. In summary a great little printer so far.
