Regrettably had to return the item.. it was so incredibly slow, and it had hardly any bloatware so it couldn't have been that. I persevered for 4 days and nothing made any better.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for Son to replace a smaller version that wouldn't upgrade to Windows 11. This does the job. East to set up and perfect for assistance with 6th form study and research. This is my 4th Lenovo purchase and I have never had a problem.

This was purchased as my old laptop would not update drivers as windows decided it was too old. At the price this lenovo has at least got an SD card reader unlike many more expensive models. Lenovo also sponsor Ducati, say no more. Only down side picture quality is slightly down on old unit.
