Broken nozzle after using twice
I’ve used my spot wash twice and the cleaning nozzle is broken and just constantly sprays out water. I’m checking weekly to but a new one and it’s constantly out of stock so my machine has sat in my spare room unused.

Hose breaks
I have one, cleans well but the hose is awful. Broken there times, its out of warranty maybe 16 months old, had limited use. I do expect appliances to last more than 16 months

I can advise that this can be used on older stains. I would recommend obtaining and correctly diluting the Vax carpet cleaner solution, spraying the stain with the carpet cleaner, using the scrapper end to work the solution into the stain and then letting it soak in for 5-10 minutes before then going over it. You may have to repeat this several times. Some very dark or very old stains may not come out entirely.
