The Argos Home 9 Cube Storage Unit gives you a flexible way to organise and display what matters. Nine cube spaces let you mix open shelves for books and ornaments with closed storage using optional fabric boxes, sold separately. It works in living rooms for media and keepsakes, children's rooms for toys and games, or hallways for shoes and accessories. The walnut finish brings warmth to neutral schemes. Fixed shelves keep the structure solid and evenly spaced. Wall-mounting fixings included for safety and stability.
The unit sits square, so it fits neatly against walls or works as a room divider in open-plan spaces. Each cube holds up to eight kilogrammes, enough for most everyday items. The internal dimensions suit standard cube storage boxes, so you can personalise the look with colours and patterns. Self-assembly required, two people recommended for easier handling. Part of the Squares collection, so you can add matching pieces over time.

Useful storage solution
Once built, the unit looked good. However, there was missing wood dowels and the top and bottom panel were both damaged.(a crack in the laminate). These panels need to be on the sides where it will be less noticeable. The instructions were incorrect and misleading.

This is a very sturdy piece of furniture. The only reason I dropped 1 star is for the instructions. They are diagrams with no written instructions

Great versatile product
I brought this a few months back. And honestly it’s still standing stable. No issues with the item, delivery or set up. Easy tool accessibility as they come with the product. Great item for the price. Has decent versatility, I use it for models books and plants. So its capacity is good. And the smaller dimensions mean you can find a decent small place to put it.

Storage needs solved.
Bought as a quick solution to toy storage the unit is ideal so I’m willing to overlook the slight damage to a corner of the unit. The package showed signs of damage.

The Home Squares 9 Cube Storage Unit - Black is ideal for any cube storage boxes up to H28.2, W28.2, D29.3cm. The Home Set of 4 Squares Boxes 28 x 28 x 28 cm should fit but may be a bit tight due to there being only 2mm clearance.
