Thanks for your question, Ant. Please note that this is the Wi-Fi version of the Galaxy Tab A11 and therefore does not support mobile network features, including the use of a SIM card. You can still download and use WhatsApp on the tablet. However, the initial setup and verification process requires access to a mobile phone to receive the activation code. Once activated, you can use WhatsApp on the tablet provided it is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or another compatible data connection. We hope this helps.
