The washing machine was delivered on time and the men were very helpful. The washer is quiet when spinning and I've noticed the washing is fresher. Very happy with the washer

Long cycle times and everything is bobbled
Disappointed with how long all the cycle times are. Most are 2.5 hours plus. The mix cycle is 55 minutes but clothes don’t come out clean. Everything has come out of machine bobbled and worn looking, despite only half filling the drum and closing all zips etc. didn’t happen with my old machine and I’m doing nothing different

Hisense washing machine
We bought this for our new house, lovely machine. Really quiet. Easy to use. Loads of cool designs like quicker washing time, auto clean.

Great value machine
Really pleased with this washer. It's straight forward to use with options to set temperatures and spin speeds. I particularly like the specific programme for pillows, which is useful. Not having a utility room, it looks smart and is very, very quiet. So pleased I chose Hisense

Hello Dav5.
Hisense WF1Q9041BW 9KG 1400 Spin Washing Machine - White:
Most wash programs include optional settings you can adjust before starting the cycle. To use them, simply press the relevant function buttons before you press Start/Pause.
Keep in mind that some options aren’t available with every program. If a setting can’t be used, its indicator light won’t turn on, and you’ll hear a beep when you press the button.
Extra settings can only be selected before the wash begins while the machine is still in standby mode. Once the cycle starts, you won’t be able to change these options.
If you choose a Cotton 60 °C cycle, you can enable the Shortening Program to reduce the time a bit, but it will still be a long wash.
Thank you for using Q & A.
