Brought this for my daughter for Christmas she loves that it's pink and comes with matching earbuds. She's also trying to get active with trying to get her steps and other health activities completed and makes me happy that she's getting active my other daughter has the black version so appreciate that it came in two colours

I brought this for my daughter for Christmas to help with keeping track on her health/exercise and to help her notice if her fone was ringing has she keeps it on silent... So far she's trying to do her steps and seems to be happy with it and I'm happy has it's getting her motivated

App not compatible with iPad
Lovely set however I’m not sure if we’re going to keep it. The watch and ear buds are fine but our issue is the app wont download on the iPad it’s saying it isn’t compatible with this device. We’ve updated he iPad and it’s on the newest update but I still won’t download so my daughter has limited use over what she can do. We’ve downloaded it to our phones as she doesn’t have one and we can do bits for her but it takes away the grown up element she wanted. A little annoying as I asked a member of staff in Argos before purchasing if it was compatible with the iPad she doesn’t have a phone and I was told yes. We’re now debating either getting her a phone which we didn’t want to do or getting another watch that is compatible with iPad.

I can advise that the manufacturer advises:
The APP must be downloaded and initially used to set up the watch and set the time. Note it can then be disconnected and that the time will remain as set, however we would recommend to periodically reconnect to ensure accuracy is maintained. Reminders / alarms will only work when in range of phone.
We recommend opening the app each morning and pulling down on the home screen on your phone screen to sync your watch before going out of range, this should hold the time for your child whilst at school etc. but we can’t guarantee this.
You may also wish to switch off social / phone notifications etc. to prevent your child seeing these when in range of your phone.
Please also remember our app is compatible with tablets.

No, you cannot have two Tikkers Series 13 watches connected to one phone simultaneously, but you can easily switch between them by disconnecting the first watch in the app and then connecting the second, as the app allows listing multiple devices. The Tikkers app manages one active connection at a time, but you can add and disconnect devices from the settings to swap which watch is synced.

Apologies, no, the app requires iOS16 or above. iOS4 is no longer supported both from security and updates point of view.
No smart watch will work with any device that is still running iOS4.
