About this product
If you are heading out for appointments, day trips, or holidays and need a wheelchair that folds down small enough to fit in a car boot, this one is designed to make life easier. It is lightweight but tough, with a strong steel frame and padded seat and backrest to keep you comfortable during short journeys. The attendant-operated brakes and swing-away footrests mean whoever is pushing has full control, and you can get in and out safely. It folds down to a slim profile in seconds, so it does not take up much space at home or on the road.
The puncture-proof tyres help avoid flats and keep you moving without worry, whether you are indoors or outside. The folding design makes it simple to store between trips, and it fits neatly into most car boots when you are ready to go. The footrests are adjustable and swing away to give you flexibility when getting seated or standing up. The parking brakes are operated by the attendant, keeping the chair secure when it is stationary. This wheelchair is suitable for short journeys, hospital visits, and travel where compact storage and ease of transport matter.

Great little wheelchair
Bought this wheelchair for hospital visits. It is often a distance from the car parks or the departments you need if you are not fit enough and it’s not always easy to get one at the hospital. It is easy to push and folds easily in the back of the car. For the price it is very sturdy. We used it for the first time last week and it met our needs.

Really happy with this wheelchair. its lightweight but very sturdy. The handles are at a good height compared to some wheelchairs and it folds down to fit in a small car boot which is great. A very good buy, would reccomend.

Hello there
I can advise the following for: Drive Steel Compact Folding Travel Wheelchair.
The Drive Steel Compact Folding Travel Wheelchair (780/3080) is likely too large and unsuitable for an average 4-year-old child. It features a19-inch (48cm) seat width, which is designed for adults or larger teenagers, making it too wide and deep for a young child, who would not get proper support.
