Safety gate
I bought this to separate my kittens from my dog. I found it was hard to fit. The catch was not very good, working sometimes and not others for no apparent reason. It is currently in the cupboard under the stairs.

Tall stairgate
Perfect for what we need, can open both ways or set a tab to make it only open one way. Very secure and no marks on the wall. I will say be careful with fingers near the safety latch as skin can get caught if doing it too quickly.

Great product. Fitted the bottom of my staircase very well. A good price.the only thing I hadn’t thought of is you do need 2 hands to open the gate.. so if you’ve a baby in your arms, it’s a bit of hard work. But a good thing if you’ve don’t want an older child, for example, to open it.
