I am more than happy to review my new washer, it looks so good in my kitchen and is easy to operate, you can very simply choose how long to wash, how many rinses and the spin speed - it appears to have options for every type of wash.

this machine is fantastic so many programs

its great to have a lot of set programs for various materials.also good being able to alter the temperature ,number of rinses ,spin speed in the programs. the anti crease setting is good to have as well.i was amazed how at the end of wash it tells you time, weight and how much electric used.my wife has arthritic hands so having a main dial and touch screen is ideal for her. but i like using it also. i would recommend this machine to anyone.

Fantastic washing machine! So quiet !

Bought this machine 3 weeks ago to replace our 15 yr old Bosch one! Couldn’t afford another Bosch so decided to go for this one. We liked it said it’s quiet as we put it on during the night . Also loved the energy rating. Everything about this machine is great. The only downside is it weighs the washing each time and I use liquid detergent in a ball dispenser. The drum rotates a couple of times to weigh the clothes and this then pours the liquid onto dry clothes! We now need to switch to pods. Apart from that, I would recommend this machine to a friend!

Initially thought I had made a mistake purchasing

Machine delivered & unpacked by the stores delivery drivers. Went to plumb in machine following instructions only to read that a noise reduction board & sponge strips should be supplied - dependant on model. We had no noise reduction board but did have the strips - had the delivery drivers gone away with ours? Was our model one that needed the board? The internet/Hisense web pages gave nothing away. A trip back to the store to ask them to contact delivery drivers to ask them to check packaging & either return it to us or let us know - no response from drivers. A phone call to Hisense finally confirmed that no noise reduction board needed & neither are the foam strips? It would be helpful if the manual could identify which machines do need it. We then completed theinstallion & connection & tried to get the machine running to perform the Drum Clean. That in itself was another chore. There is no way this machine is happy operating initially without attaching to the Wi-Fi. Once this was done the machine went through an update & I was then finally able to start running the machine. I have now completed a few different loads. I do find it relatively easy to use. It does appear to be quieter than my previous machine - despite not having the noise reduction board. I was though initially thinking I was going to return the machine & choose another although I didn’t want to as not many machines have the narrower depth but still the good capacity & spin speed. I do think Hisense could provide much better instructions regarding the boards & setting up the machine to initialise it prior to use.
