Why didn’t I buy it sooner
Amazing machine !! Bit faffy with the milk but it’s worth it. So many options and so easy to use. Cleans the milk tube after every use aswell. Worth every penny!! Puts the grinds into little blocks and has a filter for the water. My new favourite kitchen appliance

Brilliant
Great coffee machine making beautiful tasting coffee.First time setup can seem a little scary when reading the booklet that came with the machine but there is a QR code to scan which gives you a very easy to follow vidio.Once setup you can start to experiment with different coffees and strength and volume.The only gripe i would have is (as another reviewer has stated) that the extra large option is still a small cup but this is easily remedied by pressing the selected coffee button once more for another complete cycle and hey presto a nice large cup of coffee.If you like coffee shop coffee at a fraction of the price then this machine is for you.

Brilliant machine, and so easy to use.
I’ve had this for just over a week now. And I’ve used it at least half a dozen times a day. Previously I had the Delonghi barista machine which I found very labour intensive and it had to be cleaned after each use. This is everything that is but better and fully automated. I love the touch screen selection that you can set with individual profiles. So you never have to faff when making a drink. It has multiple grind settings and i prefer to use the finest grind setting for a stronger cappuccino. Add a spoon of hot chocolate and it’s even better. It collects the coffee grinds into a box which only needs emptying once a day. The water storage is at the side and conveniently slides out so you can fill it from a kettle. And the bean storage is large and can hold enough to make a dozen drinks before needing to be refilled. The milk container holds enough to make 4 to 8 drinks depending on how you use it. It also reminds you to remove the milk container and put it back in the fridge if left for a while. During use it pre heats the water and after use it self cleans. All the removable components are also dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. I would recommend using a stronger bean strength if you are used to a regular barista machine as it seems to come out a little bit weaker. But otherwise it’s a fantastic coffee machine.

Too much of a faff for me
First of all, the machine looks great, and it’s relatively compact for a bean to cup coffee machine. The touch screen is nice and the offerings on the menu are very appetising. I love that you can make lots of different coffees and different sizes and choose your own strengths. However just reading about the set up and the ongoing cleaning maintenance is overwhelming. Before first use, you need to clean it all out, then the instructions say you have to make 5 hot coffees, do 3 steam cycles, 3 hot water cycles, 3 milk cycles and then 3 cold brew cycles, but none of these can be consumed. This seems like a waste of coffee! Then if you don’t use it for three days, you have to do one of each of these cycles again before you consume any drinks. Some parts are dishwashable but I can imagine I’ll be dreading all the cleaning after a few cups of coffee. I like that you can keep the milk carafe in the fridge for 2 days, but then it needs cleaning thoroughly (and there are lots of parts). I’m the only one that drinks coffee in my house, maybe if you have a house full of coffee drinkers and you like cleaning machine parts, it would be worth it. But it’s a no from me sorry.

FANTASTIC
Absolutely amazing coffee machine, it’s large and pricey but well worth it, brews coffee very quickly and is insanely easy to use with the help of the instruction videos on the Delonghi website, you can brew a large amount of drinks before needing to refill it, cleaning and refilling the machine is easy with the removable trays, the touch screen is clear and bright and the machine is built to last. It takes some trial and error to get things how you want but you can save your preferences to one of the three profiles. I am absolutely in love with this machine and would 100% recommend it to anyone thinking about getting one.

Fabulous compact bean to cup machine-does it all
Great compact coffee machine, it has loads of options and super easy to use once set up, it does have a fab little milk container to give you fresh steamed milk which I love, the only couple of downsides are it’s a little slower to brew the coffee and drip it out along with the milk the system seems a tiny bit laggy, the xtra large size coffee is actually what I would call a small! But I’m not sure if I’m missing steps to change the ml output which I will look into, I’ve tried this with various roasts including decaf and all taste great, coffee beans don’t taste bruised or burnt which is a pet hate of mine! Overall it’s brilliant machine especially for those new to bean to cup machines

Great machine especially for small spaces!

Amazing! perfect for all coffee drinkers!
Amazing coffee machine! The coffee comes out incredibly smooth! The booklet that comes with it doesn’t explain how to set it up very well at all tbh but there is a QR code on it which leads you to a video to follow which I would definitely recommend watching during set up. The coffee machine does explain step by step on The screen during set up also which makes it easy to set up. You can set up different profiles to be able to set a certain drink to that profile. The hot milk is perfect for hot chocolate! After each drink that the milk is used you have to press the button so it can do a hot serg of boiling water to keep the milk part clean. You can change the size of the drink from small to extra large and you can also change the strength of the coffee aswell from an 1 to a strong 5 which makes it good for all coffee drinkers. Also does just hot water too! Overall It’s a brilliant coffee machine. It’s not overly big either which is good!

Game changer fab machine
Wow I’m in love with this machine. It’s aesthetically pleasing. Isn’t overly large and is nice and compact. It has a long cable, was super easy to follow with in screen instructions ( also has a more in-depth qr code to scan). Easy to use each drink and it tells you on screen the step that it’s in. (Make sure you remember to collect the water though when turning out as it releases sone water when warming up when turning on). Love how simple is it you literally just press the drink button. It also has got frothy milk option that you can add to a home made hot choc. All the drinks are amazing quality and taste grate. You can set profiles for each member of the family. You can choose how strong your coffee is and how big you want it. It also does hot water. The machine cleans itself down when you want to turn the machine off and also the milk compartment is self cleaning. The machine isn’t heavy either. Would defo recommend this machine. Life’s to short to drink bad coffee and there one for everyone with this.
