Better than expected for the price
Bought this with the intention of using it as a low power Linux laptop. As I'm doing a course on Linux right now. It's doing an adequate job of this and I'm happy enough with the product. For the price point (approx 220 after a voucher was applied) I can't really fault it. Battery is okay for the price point, but I wouldn't mind getting a couple more hours per charge out of it. It performs fine on the processor, but it's not an i3 as the product title suggests. It's a core 3 N series chip which has more cores, but unable to multithread. It's not a big deal, but costumers might feel misled. The two type A ports and type C port on the laptop are perfectly fine, and you can charge the laptop using the type c port as well as the barrel jack provided. WiFi is also fine and works great, fits in my backpack comfortably. It's also fairly lightweight, but that might be because of a smaller battery providing power for a low power chip. The screen is a good size and 1080p resolution is welcome at the low price, although It could do with being brighter. I've found myself straining to see the contents of the screen in bright conditions. At this price I can't complain about that, but a few more nits of brightness would've been nice. I opened it up to check if I could upgrade the ssd, and I'm happy to report you can do so on an m.2 slot. I wasn't looking for it, but I didn't notice whether the ram was upgradable or not.

This is a Intel® Core™ 3 Processor N355, it doesn't have a lower level CPU speed due to the cores it uses and does have a 3.9GHz boost speed. The 0.1GHz is just the lowest value we can put on the description.

It runs on Microsoft Windows 11. Microsoft Edge is the built in web browser in Windows 11, and Windows Defender is the built in security suite thats built in.
