Argos staff member answer is mis-leading here...this mixer does not support USB STICKS...the USB STICKS DJs have with their tracks on are plugged into media players, like XDJ-700...CDJ 3000 ect...This mixer only has 1 off USB interface connector to use a USB to PC lead to connect to a PC so you can record your set from the PC...it does not have direct USB recording facility like the media players or stand alone units like the XDJ-AZ ect
Hello Kerr,
Pioneer DJ DJM-250MK2 2-Channel DJ Mixer.
Yes, the Pioneer DJ DJM-250MK2 2-Channel DJ Mixer supports USB connections. It features a built-in USB audio interface that allows you to connect to your PC or Mac, enabling sound input and output, and supports rekordbox integration for mixing and scratching. This makes it versatile for both digital and analogue audio sources.
Thank you.
No,this product is just the 2 channel mixer....its the XDJ-700 players that support the USBs.
Hello Mark,
Our supplier has advised that the Pioneer DJ DJM-250MK2 2-Channel DJ Mixer does not support Spotify directly, because the mixer itself does not have built-in streaming capabilities.
However, Spotify can now be used inside Rekordbox (from version 7.2.3 onwards) in Performance mode, as long as the user has:
• A Spotify Premium subscription,
• The latest Rekordbox version installed,
• A compatible setup (Mac or Windows computer),
• And suitable DJ equipment connected to Rekordbox.
Thank you for using Q&A
This is just for the basic 2 channel mixer...if you want this full set up,you need to buy two XDJ-700 units at 649 pounds each...with the mixer, this would set you back 1,647 pounds!!!...complete waste of money as if you had that amount go buy the real deal..the XDJ-RX3 @1,699
Hey Ty,
I can advise that the compact 2-channel DJ mixer does not come with a desk, the advert is explaining which ones it is compatible with.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello Johnny.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Pioneer DJ DJM-250MK2 2-Channel DJ Mixer.
The DJM-250MK2 does not work with the rekordbox iOS app. The mixer requires specific drivers to function, which cannot be installed on iOS or iPadOS devices.
It is designed to work with the rekordbox software on a PC or Mac via a USB connection for DVS (Digital Vinyl System) control and recording, where the necessary drivers can be installed. Only specific Pioneer DJ units, such as the DDJ-200 and DDJ-FLX4, are supported for direct plug-and-play use with the mobile app.
Thank you for using Q & A.
