The supplier has confirmed. For the KitchenAid 5KSM125BER Artisan 4.8L Tilt-Head Stand Mixer, only the wires of the whisk are made from stainless steel, while the dough hook and flat beater are primarily aluminium with non-stick coatings. The mixer’s 4.8L bowl itself is stainless steel.
