Customers Say
The Ninja Prestige Dualbrew coffee machine impresses with its versatility, allowing both pod and filter coffee brewing. However, it faces criticism for the limited keep-warm time and inconsistent pod performance.

Disappointing
Disappointing. I'm a big ninja fan, however this hasn't hit the mark. Filter coffee is fine, but so are most cheap filter coffee makers. The Nespresso capsule mode is the issue, particularly compared to my old magimix machine. Ristretto is not hot enough on the ninja and the coffee is not as crema as the magimix. Worth pointing out, I preheated the espresso cup too. So overall it would have been a lot cheaper and better to buy a basic filter machine and a Nespresso only machine.... Shame

Amazing coffee machine
This coffee machine is simple to use and compact to fit onto my kitchen counter without taking up too much space. The fact that if offers both normal drip coffee and pod coffee abilities means I have more options available to me. Flavoured coffee pods as well as strong coffee. The machine itself is very easy to use and clean, pretty much everything can go into the dishwasher. Honestly the best purchase I've made for myself.

Great But
Great machine with two major setbacks: The hot plate runs only 40 minutes, while other machines offer up to 4 hours. The espresso is too short and the lungo is too long — and you can’t tweak the drink sizes. This limitation also applies to the filter brew: there aren’t enough carafe size options. Too bad, because otherwise it’s a really solid machine.

Great addition to the Ninja kitchen
I had to replace my current coffee machine and this seemed to fit the bill. You can use either ground coffee or pods and various servings and types on filter settings. Has a big water tank which is good. Nice measuring spoon with guide on amount of coffee to use. Comes with some paper filters to start you off. I recommend you buy the permanent filter to use from website which saves money. Haven't got round to using the frother yet, just find it a bit awkward where it is placed at the side at the back. It would be handier placed towards the front of the machine. The hotplate keeps the coffee hot for around 45mins. The only downside is that it would be better if it kept it hot permanently so that you could make a full jug especially if there is only 1 or 2 people and keep it hot for as and when you just wanted a cup. Would still recommend it as it makes a great cup of coffee

Coffee machine for Christmas
I brought this for a present for Christmas. I’ve already given it to them. They’re over the moon with it. It’s amazing.

Not great
Coffee side works, pods however do not work, so all we get is hot water and the pods don’t break. Huge let down as we have multiple ninja items in our kitchen and this is the first one that doesn’t work as it should. Have been told to troubleshoot it but not best happy with that as it should work after initial use.

Excellent
Excellent machine, we love it. Best of both worlds having the Nespresso part too. We haven’t used the milk frother yet but I would definitely recommend.

Pretty good, but never received the box of wine.
Not too happy that it only does small cup sizes on pod side

Yes you can use the number 4 filter. When using the carafe settings the heating plate stays on for 40 minutes. You can just press the keep warm button to adjust the time in 5 min intervals up to 40 minutes.
Paper filters are compatible with this coffee machine. Kindly note that a paper filter and a permanent filter should not be used together to avoid clogging. We recommend using the "keep warm" function in order to keep the coffee warmer for longer periods of time.
