Not worth the mpney
We have six other ninjas in our kitchen. All good but this coffee machine is as sad disappointment. I don’t recommend it.

Good but should have done more research first
Got this for Christmas as really wanted it. Wish I had done a bit more research into it first. Ive used the pod section of it so far and the frother. Wish it heated milk up whilst frothing. The pod section is fine but would kind of expect it to make a fuller cup so I dont need to use too much milk to fill the cup up. Not used the filter coffee section yet

This if the best machine ever 2 in one much better than my bean to cup which I have just thrown out ! I don’t care that it don’t heat the milk as I heat the milk for just 1 minute while coffee is brewing, u can’t beat a ninja if u want a good coffee machine get urself the ninja 2 in one 👍👍👍👍

Ninja Coffee Machine
Makes lovely filter coffee and pods are easy enough to do. Milk frother only froths does not heat. Water tank located at the back is easy enough to remove and refill. Pods when finished slip down into a collection bin no messing about and dripping all over. My favourite feature is that everything you use has a home on the machine so is nice and tidy and everything is to hand.The milk frother is easy to use and clean its just a quick twist off after use twist it back on then push it back into the machine . It also has a timer on it which is great I have yet to work out how to use that so it comes on when my husband gets up for work. No complaints so far

Good coffee machine
Love this machine as have option for filter or Nespresso pods. Makes great coffee. Good looking machine and reasonable size. Like most machines, doesn't come out boiling but as I love everything else, I can cope popping in microwave for 20 seconds.

Not the best
Got for Christmas, didn’t receive the filters it said should have been in the box, tried the capsules came out more water than anything, bit of a faff with the milk frother too put in the microwave as it stated and then frothed and wasn’t warm had to do an extra 30secs microwave and extra 20 secs frothing. Can’t use the coffee ground side because as stated didn’t get any paper filters which said were included. Debating returning.

Disappointing
Disappointing. I'm a big ninja fan, however this hasn't hit the mark. Filter coffee is fine, but so are most cheap filter coffee makers. The Nespresso capsule mode is the issue, particularly compared to my old magimix machine. Ristretto is not hot enough on the ninja and the coffee is not as crema as the magimix. Worth pointing out, I preheated the espresso cup too. So overall it would have been a lot cheaper and better to buy a basic filter machine and a Nespresso only machine.... Shame

The Ninja CFN802UK does not come with a permanent filter in the box, however it is supplied with a paper filter kit instead.

No, you cannot use XXL pods with the Ninja CFN802UK Prestige DualBrew System. This unit is only compatible with Nespresso original capsules and third party brands that follow the same format.

The total height of the coffee machine is 41.1cm. This includes the filter section.
Yes you can use the number 4 filter. When using the carafe settings the heating plate stays on for 40 minutes. You can just press the keep warm button to adjust the time in 5 min intervals up to 40 minutes.
Paper filters are compatible with this coffee machine. Kindly note that a paper filter and a permanent filter should not be used together to avoid clogging. We recommend using the "keep warm" function in order to keep the coffee warmer for longer periods of time.
