Fantastic coffee
Excellent coffee making. Superfast filter coffee. Great to be able to use pods too. Only issue is the pods leak from the container they drop down into. This is a design flaw, as I've had two machines now.

Good design,works great,use it every day,the only thing that lets it down is u have to drink the coffee with in 40mins thats how long u can keep it warm where as in America its 4hrs

This is a great quality coffee machine, however the frother does not warm the milk only frothes but iam still really pleased with it.Does whole pot of ground coffee in 2 minutes For the money 💰 it's well worth it. Would recommend 👌

Coffee to go
Nice size machine with added bonus of being able to have “pod” coffee as well as filtered. Frother doesn’t steam, just froths with paddle. We heat milk up in microwave first. Ideally the pod side could have a variable water dial like the filter side. In all a good machine as you would expect from Ninja.

The Ninja CFN802UK does not come with a permanent filter in the box, however it is supplied with a paper filter kit instead.

The total height of the coffee machine is 41.1cm. This includes the filter section.
Yes you can use the number 4 filter. When using the carafe settings the heating plate stays on for 40 minutes. You can just press the keep warm button to adjust the time in 5 min intervals up to 40 minutes.
Paper filters are compatible with this coffee machine. Kindly note that a paper filter and a permanent filter should not be used together to avoid clogging. We recommend using the "keep warm" function in order to keep the coffee warmer for longer periods of time.
