Phenomenal machine and amazing coffee everytime.
I’ve had this for a while now and can honestly say I’m in love with this machine. It’s easy to set up and begin making drinks. The coffee is brewed at a consistent pressure to ensure the perfect brew every time. the pod side gives a lovely espresso with a perfect cream on top. The water tank is large enough to give a good amount of brews without the need to fill it every 5 minutes. Our old pod machines were always needing more and more water. We drink a lot of coffee in this house so we needed a water tank that would give more. The filter side is second to none. The coffee always tastes amazing, I know this depends on the grounds used, but it goes hand in hand with a machine that doesn’t hold ghosting of previous grounds etc. the delay function is a fantastic touch as I come down to lovely coffee on a morning and a kitchen smelling like a coffee shop. The design is lovely and the functions are extremely easy to use. The lack of a steaming wand isn’t exactly a huge issue as it the machine gives good info on how to heat your milk and the length of time needed to stir the milk to enjoy a perfect latte every time. It doesn’t take long to make coffees either weather using pods or filtered coffee. All the parts go into the dishwasher which makes cleaning easy and also the descaling is easy to run. I cannot recommend this machine enough.

Great coffee machine, very easy to use
Really happy with this coffee machine. It’s easy to use, makes great coffee, and the option to use both pods and ground coffee is very convenient. The coffee tastes consistent and the milk frother works really well. Definitely recommend it.

Well priced Coffee Machine
This is a good coffee machine, not perfect but at this price point does most things very well. I bought this for the coffee filter making but the Nespresso pod addition is great when you only want a single cup or you want a strong coffee after dinner. I haven't used the coffee frother, but imagine it does the job.

Yes, you can adjust the temperature on your Prestige DualBrew System using the control panel. You can set the Intelligent Warming Plate to stay on for up to 40 minutes and choose between Low, Medium, or High warming temperatures.

It doesnt have a dedicated hot water dispencer, but you can brew a nespresso without the pod which will dispense hot water.
The Ninja DualBrew Coffee Machine is a dual‑brewing system designed for ground coffee and capsules, offering multiple brew styles and frothing options. It does not include a dedicated hot‑water‑only dispensing feature, as all functions are integrated into the brewing system.
The Ninja CFN802UK does not come with a permanent filter in the box, however it is supplied with a paper filter kit instead.
This coffee maker is not suitable for making tea.

No, you cannot use XXL pods with the Ninja CFN802UK Prestige DualBrew System. This unit is only compatible with Nespresso original capsules and third party brands that follow the same format.

The total height of the coffee machine is 41.1cm. This includes the filter section.
Yes you can use the number 4 filter. When using the carafe settings the heating plate stays on for 40 minutes. You can just press the keep warm button to adjust the time in 5 min intervals up to 40 minutes.
Paper filters are compatible with this coffee machine. Kindly note that a paper filter and a permanent filter should not be used together to avoid clogging. We recommend using the "keep warm" function in order to keep the coffee warmer for longer periods of time.
