Fantastic coffee

Excellent coffee making. Superfast filter coffee. Great to be able to use pods too. Only issue is the pods leak from the container they drop down into. This is a design flaw, as I've had two machines now.

Good design,works great,use it every day,the only thing that lets it down is u have to drink the coffee with in 40mins thats how long u can keep it warm where as in America its 4hrs

Great coffee machine

This is a great quality coffee machine, however the frother does not warm the milk only frothes but iam still really pleased with it.Does whole pot of ground coffee in 2 minutes For the money 💰 it's well worth it. Would recommend 👌

Nice size machine with added bonus of being able to have “pod” coffee as well as filtered. Frother doesn’t steam, just froths with paddle. We heat milk up in microwave first. Ideally the pod side could have a variable water dial like the filter side. In all a good machine as you would expect from Ninja.

Perfect for Our Household: Filter for Me, Capsules

I’m absolutely loving the Ninja Prestige DualBrew System so far. The main reason we went for this model is because I’m a big filter coffee person, while my partner prefers capsule coffee — so having both options in one machine is perfect for our household. When I saw Ninja had a released this one, I was determined to have one. The filter coffee side of the machine is really simple to use. I’ve never owned a filter coffee machine before, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but this one feels very convenient — not too many moving parts, just pop in a paper filter, add coffee, and press start. I always forget to fill the water up before I start it but it will beep at you to add more water so you can just do that mid-cycle. Takes a bit of trial and error to find the right coffee and the right amount of coffee. After trying a few different ones, I’m really enjoying the M&S ground coffee, loads of different options and strengths and relatively cheap compared to the branded ones. My partner is happy with her side of the machine. We had a nespresso vertuo before and while we liked the machine and didn’t have many issues with it, the vertuo pods are a bit of a nuisance to get as you have to get them delivered or go to the nespresso store. This machine uses the original capsules which you can get in any supermarket and there are loads of different brands to try. Can usually get offers on them as well. My partner is also a big fan of an iced coffee, the over-ice capsule option is a nice feature to have but she just uses the espresso mode as it works just as well. I was a bit sceptical about the frother at first because it doesn’t heat the milk. I’ve used a standalone frother for years that heats and froths at the same time, which always felt really convenient. But I’ve actually ended up preferring the microwave-and-froth technique with this machine — it gives me much more control over the milk temperature and how frothy I want it, depending on the drink. I also love the way you can just detach the milk frother while it’s still in the mug and then carry it to the sink, saves a lot of mess, such a simple yet clever feature. I haven’t had to clean the machine yet, but the instructions for doing so seem straightforward and easy enough to follow when the time comes. Overall, it’s been a brilliant purchase for us — versatile, easy to use, and ideal if you want both filter and capsule coffee in one setup. Don’t know of any other coffee machine that does both filter and capsules so there’s probably a lot of people out there who don’t realise they need this machine. I think a lot of households will have one person who loves a simple white or black coffee and one person who loves a latte, cappuccino etc, if that is the case, this machine is perfect for you.

Brilliant and convenient!

Excellent machine, I purchased this for myself to be able to make quick pod coffee’s but also do filters for my partner as he loves good strong coffee, but I’m a much lighter coffee drinker. Its super easy to operate and use even my 5 yr old makes the pod ones as she loves to “make mummy & daddy coffee” Whilst I agree with the pods its not super hot coffee however I love to drink a good coffee fairly quickly if I wanted a scolding hot coffee I’d boil the kettle. Sometimes I add some hot water to it to do just that it’s not much of an inconvenience at all to do. I wish it came with a permanent filter instead of having to purchase one separately as you only get a handful of filter papers with it and they can be pricey in the long run. Its exactly what I wanted a quick easy way to make myself coffee as a lighter, sweeter coffee drinker as my partners into much darker roasts and richer coffee’s.
