Disappointed
Sorry LEGO but this is not your best work, huge transformers fan and love Optimus and Bumblebee…but Soundwave is overpriced and poorly thought out, and just simply doesn’t work very well (not helped by missing parts), and although the parts were replaced, the mechanics of the transformation are poor and in my view the parts can’t live with the idea…so I’ve finished up being soundly disappointed…

Amazing Lego set. Great engineering producing a set that can transform. Best of both worlds, Lego and Transformers. Character is massive. Great fun to build and enjoy afterwards.

A big kids dream!
I never had a transformer as a kid (now 50), but always wanted one. Have always been into LEGO and have a few sets. When I saw Soundwave I thought why not. Soundwave surpasses all expectations! The size, the detail on the model and how pose-able it is. On top of that you get 2 fully transformable cassettes, and the sounds played by Soundwave are awesome! The product isn’t cheap but what you get is top quality.
