Reheat pasta, crisp chicken, or bake a roast without switching appliances. Its flatbed design with borosilicate glass base means no turntable, allowing larger dishes and two-level cooking without flavour mixing. Almost perfect
I bought this to act as an alternative to my electric oven having had issues with the door glass shattering. I was mainly interested in using it as an oven and grill, so the lack of a rotating plate and inclusion of a shelf are big pluses. It also comes with a round tray on legs - perfect for pizzas! The manual is an amusing translation from German, but understandable. I’ve used convection oven, microwave and grill functions and it works very well in all three modes - preheat is very quick for oven function, though the max temp of 200C means it cannot completely replace a conventional oven. It’s fairly easy to use, though I think having combination microwave/grill/oven functions is asking for trouble since the shelf and other metals are not compatible with microwave use. Things to note: the clearance required for ventilation on the sides and rear mean it needs an open countertop for best results/safety. It looks smart, but the shiny glass finish can make it had to see the interior. And there are programmes, however they’re codes and not simple buttons to select. Keep the manual handy and you’ll do fine I’m sure!

Stylish and solid
Had this just a few weeks and really like it. Its a solid well put together unit. Only used it for microwave and grill functions so far. The flat bed (so no turntable) works great with adjustable power levels for the microwave, The grill does its job but the element is close to the door aperture and you don't know it's there. I've singed my knuckle a couple of times when removing the shelf to turn the food. I will remember next time! Bit difficult to see inside through the glass because of the necessary microwave screening grid but its not much of a problem. Would normally prefer a door with a handle, meaning you can carry your food with one hand and open the door with the other. Some of the functions displayed on the control are a bit small to read but you do get used to that. I would definitely buy again, but being made in Germany, or at least designed there, hopefully not have to for a few years!

Looks more expensive than it was.
It’s smaller than my last combi microwave, but adequate for my needs. It is quiet and luckily having read reviews before purchasing I was prepared for the fan to continue working after switching off, otherwise would have wondered what was going on! But Ofcourse it’s a fan oven too! My only reason for four stars is it’s very hard to read the lit up programme panel, as it’s small and very dull. Unless at eye level it’s hard to see. All the programmes I’ve used so far are fine, unfortunately spills on the glass base are hard to clean as get quickly burnt on and you cannot clean it straight away as it’s too hot, but the price compared with well known brands means it’s a very good buy.

Does the job.
Not used the full features but has worked well as a microwave, haven't used the grill feature. One annoying thing is all the food covered are suitable for turntable microwaves with circle base. This isn't circle base microwave so you could put square or oblong food containers in the microwave, but no one sells the correct tray covers.

The manual is very basic tells you very basic details of what the buttons do, would have been nice if they provided mo details as to how to use it to cook different items. This microwave is different to the standard microwaves so it does need more details as how to operate, which is disappointing that this info isnt provided,, there is a tray provided and it mentions no where if you should remove the plastic end caps or not, not sure if they will survive the grill.
