Great camera
I bought this to replace an older camera and am so pleased . I installed it with easeand it linked to the app and my homeinternet easily . The camera itself has good clarity and many more options that I previously didn’t have . Face recognition , 4k , tracking and excellent colour to name just a few . The best thing is no contract either just pop in an as card .

Great camera and value for money.
So far, I have found this camera to be excellent. Easy to install and very good features. The power lead isn't very long and I had to buy an extension to suit my own installation so marked down slightly on connectivity.

Great picture, shame about the sound
It's ok for what it does. Image quality great, but can be jumpy. Sound quality awful. I'd return it for a full refund except I've accidentally scratched it and can't find anything better to replace it with.

Faulty not fit for sale
I've had nothing but problems with this camera from day one of installing.its not working properly and should not be on the market until the camera is ready fault free.i have other tapo camera's and they work properly so why won't this work

Simple and easy enough to operate
Good quality picture and the tilt and zoom is really handy. Was simple enough to fit and connect to app. The camera came with all the fixtures and fittings with a wall sticker where to drill holes. Its great as you cam record the playback and keep if you need later the app is easy to use, i like that you can add facial recognition and that also saves. The picture quality is very good at night as well and has a small light helps to see a much clearer picture/video.

Upgrade to 4K cctv
I have a Tapo cctv 2K so when this came onto the market, C560WS 4K I at to have it, it his clearer but not has good has I thought it would be, and I like you can manually move the camera, lots of features that haven’t tried yet but I am happy with the basics, used the same wire connections from my old cctv camera to make things easier all good 👍

Great little camera
Good little camera - for the price this is a decent camera, it’s small, easy to fit and the quality of the picture and video are amazing, it gives lots of options so you can monitor everything you need to or scale it back for a more basic view, the app works seamlessly with the camera and has a good wide view, its mains powered which means no annoying battery announcements too, overall I’m really pleased with it

Top Class 4k security
This is a very nice 4k resolution security camers. My home and cars feel a lot safer now and the picture quality is amazing. Plug in straight out of the box and your all good to go. I love the AI tracking. This is far better than my Blink doorbell. Luckily I had a spare memory card, it would have been a good addition in the box for a slightly higher price.

Tapo outdoor camera perfect for homes to make you feel that little bit more safe and protected. Many features to ensure the best quality such as the app which includes smart ai detection, 4k ultra hd and 360 motion. Qr code to download the app and one to show you the user guide. You can pay for a subscription for storage which is why I didn’t rate 5 stars but accepts sd card which isn’t included. Also not included is an Einternet cable which can be used to set up the camera or Bluetooth. This version is a wired camera with a decent length cable. Settings such as alarm sounds, flash lights, two way audio and connecting to Alexa & google home can all be controlled via the app. All in all really decent camera just takes abit of getting used to.

Unless your hub supports multiple brands, you would need to use a Tapo hub.

The default recording storage for this camera is either microSD card (up to 512gb) or using cloud storage.
There may be ways to adapt to hardwire record to DVR, but the camera is set to do the two methods mentioned above.

To view detection recordings in the Tapo app, first enable the desired detection types in Tapo APP > Home Tab > camera's live view > Device Settings > Detection page. Then access detection recordings via the camera Playback page:
Case 1: For Cloud Recordings
1. If you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service, go to camera's Playback & Download > Playback page, tap the Cloud icon, select a date to view the detection recordings. Tap the three dots icon in the top right for Select and Filter options. Select option helps you select the recordings to delete. Filter option helps you filter the recordings according to the detection type. For Tapo Dual-Lens cameras, the Filter icon is beside the Cloud icon, allowing filtering by detection type and lens.
2. To view all cameras' cloud video clips, go to the Tapo APP > Cameras tab > Cloud Activity page. Tap the Filter icon in the top right to sort by Devices or Detection types.
Case 2: For Local Recordings
1. If a microSD card is inserted or the camera is connected to a hub for local storage (https://www.tapo.com/faq/673/...), confirm Local Recording is enabled, and the Recording Schedule is set properly in camera Device Settings > Storage & Recording page.
2. In camera Live View > Playback & Download > Playback page, tap the SD Card icon, select a date, and drag the timeline to find the detection recordings.

Input Voltage: 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz

Please also ensure the outdoor socket box has sufficient internal space to accommodate the adapter and that it can be properly sealed to maintain its IP65 weatherproof rating.''

No, the Tapo C560WS 4K 8MP Outdoor Pan/Tilt Wi-Fi Security Camera is a wired-only camera and cannot be powered by a 5W solar panel. It does not have an internal rechargeable battery, which is required for a solar panel to work effectively as a continuous power source.
