Bought this for downstairs toilet for partner. Does what we needed to only downside for us was the toilet is room is very small so had to remove grab rails to get into place but once in everything ok

The seat section itself is 370mm at the back and 410mm at the front.
The arms of the seat are adjustable in width and you can adjust it between 580mm and 640mm (at the front), 540mm and 590mm at the back.
