The Tapo C246D is a dual-lens indoor/outdoor security camera that combines a fixed wide-angle lens and a pan/tilt telephoto lens (both 2K/3MP) so you can monitor two areas at once. It delivers full 360-degree horizontal and wide vertical coverage via the pan/tilt lens, supports AI detection of people, pets, vehicles, baby cries, etc. , two-way audio, and offers multiple night vision modes. Its IP65 rating means it's weather-resistant, and storage options include local microSD (up to 512 GB) or cloud via Tapo Care.

Great camera! Good value
This is an amazing camera particularly for the price! Much better than the camera doorbell we had before with no subscription fee so saves money all round. This camera is clever and will follow people, animals objects etc. Brilliant and really impressed

Great Camera
This duel camera can be used indoors and outdoors. It requires a power source and the wire isn’t particularly long. It took several attempts to connect to the WiFi and the QR code provided doesn’t work. However once connected to WiFi the app is really easy to use. It has some great features, including being able to operate the movement of the camera lens, sound an alarm and a spotlight. It also has two way communication, which is my favourite feature. The camera has a really clear picture that can be changed to day or night mode. Another feature that I like is that the top camera lens rotates when motion is detected. You can record and take picture when in the app. When not using the app you will need to purchase an SD card or use a cloud service for it to continually record.

A cut above!
This is the ultimate security camera. It’s equipped with motion tracking, pet tracking, a built in alarm, a security light and so much more. The camera that tracks movement is an incredible feature and it definitely looks the part. You can speak through the camera to let delivery drivers know where to leave a parcel or warn people that you’re recording. The cloud records and saves any motion, person etc, which costs 79p per month. Not only this, but there’s an option to insert a memory card so you’ve always got a hard copy. Picture quality is outstanding. It’s clear and precise even when zoomed in. Each camera can be zoomed separately. The mains power supply gets rid of the need to charge which is always handy. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for home security.

Ideal for indoor and outdoor
This is by far the best camera I own. I’ve been using another leading brand for a while, but this one is much better thanks to its dual lenses and human-detection feature. I currently use it in my home for extra peace of mind when I’m away on holiday. The setup was very simple, just download the app from the Apple Store and follow the instructions. The video quality is excellent, and it reliably detects human movement, which is a big plus. The only downside is that the cable isn’t long enough for outdoor installation, but it’s perfect for indoor use. Being able to control the camera through the app is also really convenient.

The Tapo C510W uses a 9V DC Power Adapter, while the Tapo C246D uses a 5V DC Power Adapter. We would like to clarify that the Tapo C246D camera comes with one Power Adapter and one 3m USB Adapter Cable.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Tapo C246D 2K 3MP Dual-Lens Pan/Tilt Security Camera - White.
The C246D camera allows you to manually switch motion tracking on or off. If you prefer the camera to stay fixed and not follow movement, you can simply disable the motion tracking feature.
